It was going on twelve in the afternoon, i woke up early today in a good mood, i prayed for Shari earlier hoping everything goes smoothly when she tells her dad about her nasty ass uncle. I prayed that he believes her, and i hope her and her brother get the justice they deserve.

"Where you going?" Levi asked as he came out of the shower.

"To support Shari..remember?"

"Oh yeah, y'all need me?"

"Not that i know of."

"Ion got no problem, going back to jail."

"I know." I mumbled giving him a look.

Levi has a temper and will fight anyone even if they blink the wrong way.

He really has violence issues, but we are working on it.

I got incoming FaceTime call from Shari who seemed very happy.

"Hey girl."

"Hiiiiii."

"You're in a good mood today

"You're in a good mood today." I laughed

"Yes..Dave put me in one this morning." She blushed

"Got some new dick and don't know how to act huh?"

"Nope." She now was sticking out her tongue.

"You figure out how to tell your dad?"

"Yeah, i put it in my notes.. Dave told me to do that.. i went over it..i think my dad is gonna believe me."

"I prayed that he does."

"Yeah..i did too."

I peeped that Dave was snoring in the background loudly.

"That man knocked out ain't he?"

"Yes, he is. I told him he doesn't have to come so he's staying."

"Ok."

"That took a lot of convincing..if you know what i mean."

"Mhmmm." I smirked knowing what she meant.

"He's a heavy sleeper but as soon as he hears me open a door, he's up like "Ma Where you going?" Or if he has me in a headlock and i move, "What you tryna do?" She giggled copying Dave's voice.

"Niggas." I chuckled lightly.

"Am i crazy for already liking him?" She whispered

"Girl, no..he seems genuine to me, that's a grown man you got. Keep him."

"Ok." She smiled, looking back watching him sleep.

"So are we wearing sneakers?" I asked clarifying our fits.

"Yes, just incase dad shoots up the house and we have to run."

"heard you." I nodded my head tying my shoe strings tightly.
