In this au Riku isn't an idol but instead just a normal person that is always in the hospital. Tenn keeps Riku a secret because of how cute he is. Also Tenn and Riku are dating even though they are siblings. But one day when Tenn went...
"Tenn i can't believe that you broke our ONLY rule. WE AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE IN ANY KIND OF RELATIONSHIP!"
When Tenn heard the voice of one of his idol mates he turned his head back as quick as he could, you could even hear his neck crack and you could predict that he was shocked.
He said in a cold, scary, sharp voice "What are you doing here?"
You can see a threatening aura around him.
If you didn't know him you would probably think he killed at least one.
They were fighting and shouting at each other with Ryuu tried to calm the two down by telling them they are in a hospital(of course it didn't work).
They were fighting until a voice spoke out "Hello."
The three look back to see a red haired boy waving his hand smiling brightly.
Then he continues "You are Yaotome Gaku and Tsunashi Ryunosuke, I have been dying to meet the two people who my brother works with" he says with a big smile.
The two stare at the red head for a little, then the two suddenly yell brother, catching Riku off guard. Tenn quickly hit the two in the head making them fall to the ground. Tenn glared at the two and said "Don't raise your voice, you are scaring my brother. Be respectful."
"Now, now Tenn-nii, calm down," Riku replied.
Tenn answers "I am always calm."
"Sure whatever you say" butts in Gaku, "Who are you and how do you know our names?" says Gaku in a cold tone.
Tenn hits Gaku again and says "Watch your tone around my brother."
Riku then says "It's ok Tenn-nii. Anyways my name is Nanase Riku the younger twin brother of Nanase Tenn, and a huge fan of the idol group TRIGGER. It is nice to meet you, also I know your names because you guys are famous, " he said with a big smile.
The two were even more shocked. They were both thinking TWIN BROTHER.
They didn't even know he had siblings, more or less a twin. It is very hard to take in, especially when they are so different.
You wouldn't even think that the two were twins.
Because Riku is an angel and Tenn is the exact opposite. You might think that Tenn is an angel because he can act like one but in reality he is the meanest devil ever(according to the three idol groups).
Tenn is cold, harsh and scary.
But when he's with Riku he is like an angel. He is kind, caring and is a worrisome person.
Anyways when Gaku and Ryuu came back from their shock they looked at Riku and Gaku asked "Are you sure you're this devil's twin brother."
Riku replied "Tenn-nii is not a devil, he is more like an angel. What is wrong with you guys, if you guys were his business partners you should at least know that '' Riku said pouting.
When Riku did this there was an arrow shot through Gaku, Tenn and Ryuu's hearts.
Inside their minds they think OMFG soooooo cuteeee.
Of course the two(Gaku and Ryuu) made sure that they didn't show it on their faces cause if they did they would DIE, and they are too young to die.
As soon as Tenn recovers he quickly said "Riku I act differently with you than when I am with them so they see me as a mean person, unlike you, you have such a kind heart that you think that everything and everyone is good. You are just too nice to not only me but to everyone. That is why everyone likes you. That is why I love you" he said while smiling.

Gaku stared at Tenn dumbfoundedly. He couldn't believe his eyes, he saw THE TENN smiling, the cold hearted Tenn, the one that always fights with him, the person that nobody wants to talk to, the person that would speak rudely to you, THAT TENN WAS SMILING.
Gaku asked "Tenn why is your twin brother in the hospital? He looks fine to me. It doesn't look like he is injured or is it because he has asthm—-."
Tenn quickly covered his mouth to make sure that he didn't finish his sentence.
This is the end of this chapter. I am sorry that I stopped at a weird time.
