Chapter 35: Back From The Past (Part 2)

*The Day Before The Big Dinner*

*Nikki's P.O.V*

"Wait!" I exclaimed in a hushed whisper, "can't we just leave the food by the door and just disappear to the bus or something?" I have to admit, it wasn't my best plan ever but I really didn't want to go in there. Brooke gave me a stern look, I could still tell through her glare that she was scared too. "Ok, fine, I'll go in there but I'm not promising that I'll be nice." I replied firmly. "Nikki, I wasn't planning on being nice either, we just have to try our best to convince the guys to get rid of him as soon as possible." she replied. I nodded, watching anxiously as the knob began to turn. Brooke opened it letting me go in first, I stepped cautiously into the booming sounds of the boys' voices coming from the living room of the suite. I looked back to see Brooke walking over to the counter, I followed behind her placing the mountain of bags on marble counter top.

I swallowed hard, trying to find my voice, "We're back!" I yelled, Ray came from behind me wrapping his arms around my waist, kissing me softly on the cheek. Some of the fear and worry I was feeling melted away instantly. I sighed with relief, feeling the comfort of his embrace. "Hey baby I wanna introduce you to someone." Ray whispered into my ear. My heart began to race, was I really going to come face to face with one of my biggest fears. I turned around to see, THE LAST person I EVER wanted to see show up this summer. I looked over my shoulder, Brooke was stricken with fear, just as I was. I released myself from Ray's arms. "Guys this is-" "Ty", Brooke and I said, cutting Prince off. The boys gave us a confused look, though how could they not be surprised. They didn't know every aspect of Brooke life or mine. "Ya'll know him?" Prod asked, looking just as confused as the others. "Unfortunately........... yes." Brooke replied.

"Come on babe, don't be like that." Ty said with that smug look of his, wrapping his arms around Brooke's waist. She wrinkled her nose and immediately pulled away, "Don't touch me." Brooke said trying to sound as calm as possible. Ty smirked, Ray must have been getting a bad feeling from Ty because he pulled me back into his arms instinctively. Ty glanced in my direction, I instantly knew, deep down that the next thing he said was going to be aimed directly at me. Which means that I better figure out what I'm going to tell Ray.............

*Ray's P.O.V*

.....I wrapped my arms around Nikki's waist, I could feel her heart racing and a worried expression on her face. I was concerned about what had upset her but I figured that I'd just ask her later when we were alone. She looked over her shoulder at Brooke, she looked really worried about something too. If both the girls were worried about something it was never a good sign. I've never seen them like this, especially after shopping. I was lost in my own thoughts until I hear Brooke's voice again, "Don't touch me." I could hear the harsh tone of her voice as she repeated her threat. I pulled Nikki closer to me, I didn't want Ty pulling any tricks on her too. That was until he turned to look at us. "Oh look, lil Ms. Nikki has herself a rebound man, how cute." What was that suppose to mean? "What are you talking about?" I demanded.

"You know Ty, I think you've over stayed your welcome so let me just show you the door." Brooke said practically shoving him out of the suite. "Woah, woah, woah, what's the rush doll face? I just got here." Ty responded turning up his thin, pale lips into a smirk. "Well I think you've been here a second too long so goodbye Ty", she said rolling her eyes and continuing to push him out of the suite. Ty stopped the door before it could close completely, opening it a bit and saying "It's nice that you guys taught her some manners, bitches these days need to be controlled and be taught the right thing to do like the rest of the dogs."

With that being said, he let the door slam behind him. Prince and Prod had to hold back Brooke while Roc and I held back Nikki. It wasn't an easy task either, I wanted to knock the teeth out that guys throat for saying that but I had to make sure the girls didn't do it before I could. I don't blame Brooke for going ham like that he was way out of line for that. Question was what kind of history did these three have?.........................................
