Obey Me Fanfic Ideas and Stuff

more prompts (remember when i numbered these things?)

please read the TWs, some of these are pretty rough (even by my standards)

TW:  arson (3), suicide mention/suicide scare (8), eating disorder mention (9), prison (11), miscarriages (12), childbirth (12, 16), also, Fem!MC deserves her own warning (12), abuse mention (16), mention of eating babies/infanticide (16)

1: MC has a large collection of stuffed animals. people have a hard time cuddling with MC on their bed because there are so many (and god forbid one fall off the bed- MC wouldn't want any of them to feel neglected or alone)

2: MC makes a father's day card for Luci 

3: MC burns down their parents' house (they have help)

4: MC is only half-human but they've spent their whole life pretending to be human so when they get kidnapped for the exchange program they just go along with it. it takes an embarrassingly long time for anyone to notice the truth :) 

5: It's MC's birthday and (as a gift) Dia has let MC's friends come visit. What chaos will they cause?

6: MC has never had an enjoyable Thanksgiving before. Beel wants to change that :)

7: When a suicidal!MC disappears (aka: gets kidnapped to go to the exchange program) their family assumes the worst.

8: Beel takes care of MC after they go to the dentist

9: An MC with ARFID (bc i've never seen an MC w/it before) 

10: The exchange program stops MC from going to a very important appointment

11: The characters visit MC in prison (you can choose whether MC was framed or if they actually committed a crime)

12: Fem!MC has a miscarriage and has to face the possibility that maybe her body just wasn't made to support a hybrid baby (bc everytime one of the demons has a baby with MC this comes to mind) (like, are you sure MC's body could handle that? what if the baby's claws rip through her womb or damage her somehow? what if her body simply can't produce the nutrients needed for a non-human baby?)

13: writer!MC learns that Satan's a fan of their writing

14: MC is the main writer and the creator of a popular kids show. one of the characters secretly loves their show, but doesn't want anybody to know bc of its target audience (none of the characters know that MC made the show, except maybe Dia) (bc they probably did a background check on MC before grabbing them, right?)

15: an artist!MC that has a more cartoony art style (bc most of the artist!mcs i see do realism) (and it's really difficult for me to relate to those)

not a prompt, but here's a ranking i've done based on whether or not they'd have kids (from most likely to least likely) (using some of my nicknames for them bc i can't help it, ok)

My reasoning:

Mams and Asmo both have had interactions with kids in canon (and some would say that Mammon already is one)

Mams could see having kids as expanding his collection (like, you know what's even better than having one MC?) (MC +kids!) (and i see Mams as the type of guy who would love them to the fullest even if they were adopted)

I don't see Tan Tan as the type to have kids, but i think if he did he would do it so he can be a better dad than Luci. He'd try and give the kids what he didn't have (and he'd read tons of childcare and child psychology books beforehand) (he'd make the excuse that it's to help him be better than Luci, but he's actually really scared that he'll do a bad job)

Jellybean would be less likely to have a kid because children (babies especially) are a full time job, and i don't see him as the type to make MC do all the work alone. (Luci wouldn't let him do that) i think he'd do really good with quiet or anxious kids - and i love to imagine him adopting a child who's been through the wringer and making them feel safe again. i also think he'd be more likely to adopt an older child than have/adopt a baby. i think babies would creepy him out :)

Beelsie is nice, but he's this low bc taking care of his stomach seems like a full-time-job. he wouldn't be able to handle a child without some serious help. (also, he might eat the baby) (and if it ain't a demon baby you might as well say goodbye now) (ik he can be responsible, but i've seen my sib care for a baby- he'd eat it out of stress if nothing else)

Luci's already had kids and i don't see him wanting more of that. he also has too many responsibilities to deal with an infant. he's kept up all night with his work, we don't need to add a screaming baby into the mix. the only way i can see him getting a new kid is if that kid is an adult MC. he doesn't care that they're an adult, they're his kid now :) (he would fistfight MC's dad for custody) (if they have a dad) (and if they don't have a dad it would just make the found family situation even better)

Belphie (aka: the creepiest critter on the block <3) is the least likely to have kids bc ofc he is. MC would end up having to worry about the kids in addition to making sure Belphie doesn't fall asleep anywhere weird (like in the school parking lot TT) (i see them both just being disasters as parents, Belphie bc he's his sleepy self and MC bc they're overwhelmed) (tho it's possible Beel would try and step in and while he'd help a lot, we'd also get some of the problems from his section)

keep in mind that lots of this also depends on who they are partnered with. if MC is a bad parent it's likely that it would negatively affect their relationship with both the kids and their partner- which could lead to some bad stuff. If MC and their partner wanted to break up but didn't (bc of the kids) that could lead to great unhappiness for everyone involved. (also, if MC became an abusive partner, they'd be able to use the pacts and it'd just be a really unhealthy power-imbalance)
