Create!Tale

Shattered.

Ki and all her friends stand at the edge of the underground.  The sun all the monsters of the underground have been longing for was here. 
*You smiled
Another happy ending, and unlike all the other times, Ki could be a part of it. They couldn't wait to escape from their old world.  But just as the hope inside of Ki grew the brightest, she had one last taste of butterscotch pie, before the world faded from around her. 
"Wh-what's happening!?"
*your room faded.  Nothing but the pie remained.  And the reset button. 
"What do I do now?  I finished the game...."
The reset button pulsed. The only option.
*You reset, determined to be part of the world you helped create.
Again.
Again.
True ending after true ending, over and over.  Ki never got sick of the endless secrets, but they still wanted to stay.  All they wanted was a new start. But they could never be apart of it. Ki got sick of it. 
The darkness surrounded them. Reset. Their power. Their horrible curse. Kat couldn't bare it.
Like broken glass. Kat hit reset with all their force.
They broke 'Reset'...
Ki sat in the regular faded empty space, the shattered pieces of the reset button sat in front of them.
*you felt a steady flow of tears run down your face.
They couldn't do anything anymore. Were they going to sit here... forever? What have they done...
"What ya' waiting for?" A voice said behind her. Ki slowly skimmed through the darkness, and there they saw,
*A very hideous skeleton stands in front of you. Surprisingly they're taller than you...
*like everyone else.
"Waiting for what?" Ki asked.
Upon closer inspection, the skeleton seemed to be covered in black goo. 
A Nightmare.
"You've done it before. You can do it again."  The hideous thing says. 
"Do what?" Ki asked.  Unsure of tf this things talking about. 
"I sensed it."  The thing asked.
*your still confused.
"K cool, you can like, go-" Ki says, not wanting to be apart of -whatever this guys getting at.
"What about you 'like go' too." The thing responds.
"I can't just leave. Can I?" Ki asks suspiciously. 
"Oh yes you can. There's nothing left for you here.  I can give you a one way ticket." The negativity edition slime says.
"If I leave, I don't think I'll be able to go home.  Just in case, I'm gonna pass.  I'll stay here, thx."  Ki says.  They hope that they will one day go back home, not that it's any better...
"I wasn't asking." The ugly thing sounded different. 
*you can't move.
*while you were distracted the nightmare's tentacles have surrounded you. 
The goop soon covered their vision.
Ki struggled. Their struggle was pointless.
*Your struggle was pointless. 
"Your struggle is pointless." 
That was the last thing Ki heard before she woke up in a bed. 
"Ugh." Ki says still tired. 
"Have some bad dreams?"  The abominable goop asks. 
*you flip off the slime, negative edition.
The hideous goopy slime skeleton got an amused look on his face. 
"Ok look. I need to know your name so I can stop thinking of you as: the hideous goopy negativity edition slime nightmare of a skeleton that kidnapped me. 
*the hideous goopy negativity edition slime nightmare of a skeleton that kidnapped you looked amused.
*you did not look amused. 
"1. I make the orders around here. 2. You have the right idea.  3. Nightmare. 4. Im not ugly." Nightmare said looking at Ki expectantly. 
"I didn't call you ugly." Ki said, this seemed to make Nightmare satisfied.
"Your much more deserving of the word hideous." Ki said with a smirk. Nightmare did not like this. 
"Oh ya why'd you kidnap me again?" Ki asked. 
"None of your business."  Nightmare looked annoyed. 
*Bruh.
*You think you should PROBABLY go. 
"Well I probably should- GO!" Ki says as they sprint out the door with a butterscotch pie in one hand, and no sense of direction in the other. 
*Nightmare approaches.
Nightmare appeared in front of Ki, they ducked under him. 
*you escaped. 
Nightmare grabbed Ki.  They struggled.
"Your struggle is pointless. Let's go meet your colleagues, shall we?"
In a blink, Ki was in a once-glorious thrown room.  It needed some work.
4 other ugly skeletons were lined up in front of Nightmare. 
*You fell onto the ground with a plop.
The 4 other skeletons looked at Ki. 
The ugly target looking *ss looked at nightmare and said
"You really recruited a human?"
"There's something special about this one trust me."  Nightmare said while looking at Ki
"Does it talk?" The 2000s depressed looking one asked.  
"Does it taste good?" 'Hi I seriously need a hospital rn but I'm fine' asked.
*There! At the corner of your eye you see a door! You can get out of the depressed dump! (Not that you aren't also one, but who's asking.)
"Is it depressed? It looks sad." The 'creepy pasta because I'm just that ugly' one asked.
"Play nice." Nightmare gooed, then he disappeared. 
"Woah nice party trick." Ki heard themselves say.
Ki's eyes were met with 4 skeletons. 
Ki made a break for the door, just as they touched the oversized handle.
Clink clink clink!
*You got squished to the door. 
Three very different types of knives pinned Ki to the door.
"Aw, I'm kinda disappointed it didn't hit them, I would've gotten to see horror go nuts."2000s guy said. 
"Really is a shame."  Uglypasta said. 
The skeletons all took turns getting their knives.
"So kiddo, lets have a little fun." Fake depression said.
"Ya, I'd be nice to have the kid for dinner."  'I need a hospital' said. 
*you feel like your going to have a somewhat of a time.
