"Hello, Jason." I said bitterly as I stared at him. "Remember me? Ako nga pala ang taong isinumpa mo ng ganito dahil alam mong kapag umangat ako, babagsak ka. Masaya ka ba? Masaya ka ba na sinira mo ang buhay ko?"
"...Josh, hindi mo alam ang lahat."
"Then make me know everything." I begged once more. "Bakit? Bakit ako?"
"You were the perfect victim." He said with a smirk. I wanted to punch him, beat him up, make him suffer. But my heart can't. "That boy is in danger with you, Santos. Better leave that Suson."
I was stunned that he knew Ken. "Anong sinasabi mo? May kinalaman ba si Ken dito?"
He smirked and nodded. "He...was the original cursed bunny of the moon."
Jason chuckled away, I was too frustrated and confused by what happened. Ken is the original bunny of the moon? Kung hindi ito napasa kay Jason baka hindi din ito maipapasa sa akin.
Umuwi ako na magulo ang isip, that was impossible. I researched about the moon bunny, the original was a girl. How can it be Ken?
"Excuse me, why are you entering my son's house?" Napalingon ako sa dalawang babae.
"Sino po kayo?" Tanong ko, I wasn't really paying attention. "Kaano-ano niyo si Ken?"
"The nerve of you to ask me that question. Who are you to my son?"
When I didn't answer she slapped my face. What the hell was going on!? I had a really disturbing day and I am not going to be disrespected here by his mother.
I contained myself and texted Ken to come home immediately. When he arrived he was also shocked to see his mother with a girl. Pinapasok niya ako, akala ko susunod sila pero sinara niya ang pinto bago sila makapasok. I was dumbfounded but cared less. Pamilya niya iyon, wala akong say. Heh!
I pretended to leave but I just went to the corner. When I turned into a bunny again, I immediately looked for Ken. I am not safe in a place like this. Kahit may duda ako sa pagkatao niya ay kailangan ko pa rin siya.
When he saw me, he picked me up and said these words to his mother that shocked me completely.
"Binigay mo sa akin ang sumpa dahil hindi ko tinanggap ang babaeng iyan sa buhay ko pero hindi mo naisip na hindi lang ako ang naapektuhan sa ginawa mo." Ken said, frustrated. "I will never forgive your actions. Leave now."
Nang makapasok kami ay mabilis akong tumakas sa kaniya, ipaparamdam ko sa kaniya ang sakit na nararamdaman ko ngayon. I bet he knew about it from the beginning. I bet he knows how to remove this curse.
"Joshie, don't run away from me."
Hindi ko siya pinansin at tumakbo na papunta sa likod ng sofa. Ay gago may ipis. Lumabas ako at pumunta sa cage ko sa sahig. Hmp!
"We can't talk if you're like this. Please hear me out." He begged.
Aaminin ko, naaawa ako na ganito kami pero magulo pa talaga ang isipan ko. I don't think I can stay with him at this moment.
I want to go to Pablo.
Nilapitan ko siya and gestured him to the window by pulling on his sock. He followed me and I looked at the road leading to Pablo's shop. Siguro naman magegets niya ang pinapahiwatig ko.
"Sige...hahayaan kita dahil iyan ang gusto mo. Again, I just want you to hear me out pero hindi muna ngayon."
Hindi ako galit, it's just hard to function when you're tired and disappointed. Dahil alam kong walang kasalanan si Ken, and I would never blame innocent people.
"Babalikan ko siya kapag okay na siya." He told Pablo then looked at me to give me a kiss. "Sana kapag gusto mo...sana umuwi ka sa akin."
Uuwi ako, pinapangako ko na uuwi ako.
