Evan currently was bored out of his life. First, his husband was busy with meetings regarding the new treaty. And Stefan had gone on a mission as an envoy. The mission was simple enough to go to the packs and propose the treaty but it was exhausting, boring, frustrating, and and would take long. Three days travelling in the barren lands. Evan was scared a little. They could confront an enemy. Surely the group consisted of the best warwolves. But worry was eating him away. He had went to Celine's place this morning. Devon was also staying there for the time being. But soon a messenger wolf arrived and informed that they needed to come and meet Kevin. Also said something in hushed tones. And it has been 3 hours since he came back Celine's house. His mate didn't greet him once and even Celine and Devon hadn't called. They were hiding something. Evan pouted. He was worried and angry and bored. He  couldn't comprehend this fluctuations of his emotions. Maybe he needed to vent.

So he decided to go to the practice grounds. Finding Markian there was just a mere coincidence he thought. He asked Markian for a spar. He started attacking but it got frustrating to watch the him only dodge. There was however something odd. For one: the Gamma looked tired. Not tired like someone who just came from a battle, tired like someone who hadn’t slept in a while.

Second: he looked like his mind was somewhere else.

His next dodge nearly made him loose balance.

Evan moved fast. He slammed Markian on the ground. “Let’s talk, Markian.”

“What wrong with you?” Evan asked him still pining him to the ground.

“None of your…”

“No, it is.” Evan shoved him again as he tried to break free. "I am your Luna? Remember?”

Does it matter? Markian thought. It does. But Kevin had told him to leave it to him. He didn't want to disobey his Alpha “Ravagers” There was no harm in telling. Was there?

“Were we attacked?” Evan asked

“No, but they might.” Markian answered truthfully

“How do you know?.” Evan asked

“Are you doubting me LUNA?” Markian asked frustrated.

“I am not saying it's you, but someone has to be involved” Evan said angrily. Kevin was still hiding things from him.

He  stared down at the person beneath him not sure what to do.

“Evan?” Kevin didn’t like what he was seeing. He had come here when the gaurds informed him that Evan was here. The gaurds that he had appointed to watch Evan from afar.

“What are you doing?.” He said taking in the postures of his mate and Gamma. Damn he knows it's must have been a spar. But he couldn't help himself.

“What does it look like?” Evan asked. He hated that his mate was hiding something from him again.

“You should get up, babe” Kevin told and looked at Markian with a cold Glare.

“You don't need to be comfortable, Get up and leave” He told his Gamma

Markian quickly pushed Evan and hurried out of the field. A few people who were also there followed him.
