Celebration

Anu sprinkles some water on Anuj to wake him. Soon he gets up and sits straight looking at Anu. She was looking at him nervously.

Anu - Are you okay? You fainted.

Anuj - WHAT???????

Anu - I said you fainted back there.

Anuj - No no no no no no no, not that, i mean you are pregnant, WHAT???

Anu - (sighs) Yes for god's sake i am pregnant and that too with your child. Happy?

Anuj stands up, lifts her up and spins her around.

Anu who was annoyed gets surprised when he suddenly lifts her in his arms and spins her.

Anu - (laughs) What are you doing? We are in the hospital.

Anuj brings her down.

Anuj - Sorry , i just....I am very happy Anu. I don't have words to describe what I am feeling right now. I mean i have always wanted to become a father but only with you as the mother. And today my....my favourite wish had also been granted.

He hugs her and cries in her arms like a child. But those were the tears of happiness.

Anu gently rubs his shoulders to calm him and smiles.

Anu - Well so now that your wish has been granted, shall we go somewhere and celebrate?

Anuj - (breaks the hug and wipes his tears, however that was not useful as more and more tears were coming down)
Okay..... We will go to some nice place to eat our lunch.

Anu - Hmm...fine. So now shall we go out?

Anuj - Yeah.

As they were walking towards their car, Anuj looked down at her belly and frowns. Anu notices his frown.

Anu - Hey what happened?

Anuj - Anu if you are pregnant, why isn't your belly coming out? I mean you should be fat na.

Anu stops walking and looks at him sternly.

Anu - What? Oh so you are indirectly calling me fat?

Anuj - No no sweetheart, i mean all the pregnant women i have seen are fat.

Anu blinks her eyes and then starts laughing loudly.

Anuj - (frowns) Why are you laughing?

Anu - Oh my god...(laughs) .....Anuj you are so sweet and innocent. They do not get fat, only their belly comes out. And that too happens after 3rd month. Doctors also say that after the 3rd month, baby can listen to what you are saying and also the baby can kick.

Anuj - Wow Anu that's amazing. Hey when our child kicks you have to call me because I want to experience his first kick.

Anu - (smiles) ofcourse. Now let's go ,i am feeling tired.

Anuj - Oh okay, come on then.

They sits in the car and Anuj droves it off.

Today he was driving the car at a very low speed.

Anu - (frustrated) Anuj speed up. Why are you driving it so slowly?

Anuj - Mohtarma you are pregnant, i can't risk your's or our baby's life. So let me drive as the way I want.

Anu sighs in defeat.

Just then another car overtakes them with a very high speed. Anuj gets annoyed.

Anuj - (opens the window and shouts) HEY YOU IDIOT! CAN'T YOU SEE, MY WIFE IS PREGNANT. DRIVE SLOWLY STUPID. WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU THE LICENSE! DAMN IT!

The car driver hears his words and lowers the speed.

Anuj closes the window and lets out a frustrated sigh.

Anu - Anuj calm down. I am just 1 week pregnant and nothing will happen to us. You are being overprotective.

Anuj - Me and overprotective, Anu that stupid driver was driving his car like a motor bike. What would have happened if his car had crashed into us. I cannot risk your life now nor my child's.

Anu smiles lovingly at her fiance. A tear slides down her eye. Not even an hour has passed and Anuj have already started becoming a protective dad. She was now sure that he would be a great dad in the future. Vanraj had never treated her special when she was pregnant 3 times with his child. But Anuj.... he is treating her like a queen. She is so happy to get a partner like him.

Soon they reach thier hotel. They walks in their room and sits on the bed. Anuj quickly puts his head on her lap and gently kisses her belly. Anu feels thousands of butterflies in her stomach when he kisses her belly like that.

Anuj - (gently rubbing her belly) Hey there my tigress, Daddy loves you so much.

He softly kisses her belly again.

Anu - Tigress hmm..? How do you know it's a girl?

Anuj - (smiles) I just know. If it's a girl what should we name her?

Anu - (thinks for a minute) hmm...how about Chin Chan Chu?

Anu - What? It's not a bad name. And there is a song name Chin Chan Chu. It's like ,
" Mera naam chin Chan chu , chin Chan chu baba chin Chan chu, raat Chandni mai aur tu, hello mundeya how do you do"

Anuj - Stop! We are not naming her Chin Chan Chu. My daughter is not Chinese.

Anu - Yeah but it's a very different and unique name.

Anuj - Let's discuss about this topic later please.

Anu - (smiles) okay. But if it's a girl , I will name her Chin Chan Chu only.
