The Ace & The Queen of hearts

Chapter 2

Melody POV

I finally made it to the Hotel. I checked in and made my way to my room on the third floor. I began to take the stairs at the same time as someone else. I was ahead but I could hear them behind me. They didn't get off at floor two so I didn't worry then I was a little nervous when they got off on three. it made me more nervous when I heard them still behind me even after I turned left to the evens. I began to hurry and look for 304. I stopped infront of it finally.

*sigh*

Then right next to me at 302 the foot steps stopped. I finally looked to the side.

"You!!!" We said in unison.

"What the hell your a stalker now!!!" I said. and he blushed red.

"No!! This is my room!!" He said. we began to argue.

"What's your problem?" He said

"My problem?? What's your problem!!!" I said

"I don't have one!!!" He replied

"Oh really?!!" I said while putting my hands on my hips.

"Really! I think your the issue here" he leaned against the door frame and smirked at me. I blushed he looked really hot at the moment but I was also blushing from pure fury. Then he seemed to move as his room door opened. A blonde man walked out. He looked sleepy.

"Yo can you keep it down?" He said.

"Sorry Marco I didn't mean to wake you." He said.

"Oh by the way bro can you get your own room?" Marco I assumed his name was said.

"What?! Why!??" The idiot guy said.

"Cause I have a friend with me and even thatch has his own room with his own friend." Marco said and then he finally noticed me. "Oh Ace so you had the same idea tonight huh?" He said causing me to blush and glare at Ace the boy I've been arguing with. Ace was red. He glance at me and noticed my glare and quickly broke our stare.

"It's not l-like t-that!" He stuttered at his friend.

"Well can you find somewhere else thanks man." Marco said and immediately closed the door on his friend.

"Damn it!" Ace whispered I chuckled a bit but tried my best to hold it in I earned a glare from ace. He pulled out a money pouch infront of us. it looked light.

I busted out laughing when he dumped it on his hand an only one coin fell out. He blushed a bright red.

"How did you pay for your food?!!" I said through laughs and tears from laughing so hard. He sighed.

"I didn't..." He replied I stopped laughing.

"So Gary gave your meal free??" I said. He ruffled with his hair.

"No not exactly...." he said. I gasped.

"You dined and dashed???!!!!" I asked suprised.

"Yeah." he replied

"WHAT AN IDIOT!!" I said and laughed out loud. He got really red.

"Shut up!" He said Then people began to come out there rooms yelling at us. I apologize and put my key to my door. I looked back to see ace looking like a lost puppy. I smiled and opened my door allowing him to enter. He looked up at me and gave me a questionable look.

"Really?" He asked I nodded.

"Yea really now hurry up before I change my mind. plus I know if you try anything I can kick your ass." I said he smirked and walked in.

"Whatever you say." he said causing me to roll my eyes.

The room had a queen size bed and a small couch. It had a bathroom. He threw his bag on the floor and fell onto the bed.

"Oh hell to the No!!" I said. I went over to yell at him when. I noticed he was already fast asleep. I sighed. What is wrong with this guy. I thought. I went to the bathroom and changed into my night gown. I got out the bathroom and grabbed a pillow off the bed and a spare blanket from the closet. I went to the couch and fell asleep.

~Next Day~

I woke up bright and early to go tour the town for supplies. Ace was still asleep I wrote him a note and left it attached to his hat. I threw on some shorts with a snug crop top and some beige combat boots. Then I threw my bag over my shoulder making my way towards the door. I looked back one more time and giggled at the snoring man. I closed the door and ran into someone. I looked up to see the man from last night I think his name was Marco.

"Sorry" I said and moved aside. He smiled and gave a little chuckle.

"No problem your aces girl right?" He said I lit up bright red.

"No you idiot it wasn't like that!" I said it cause him to put his hands up in a defensive gesture.

"My bad sorry well do you know where he is?" He asked and it cause me to blush. I pointed to my room and looked the other direction. He chuckled again and I stomped off. I made my way down stairs and to the front desk. The clerk smiled at me.

"Yes mam." he said.

"Hi I'm checking out of room 304." I said.

"Okay it's 100 beli." I smiled as he said that.

"My friend is paying for me can you put it on his tab???" I asked he nodded.

"What's the room number." I smiled

"302 he goes by Marco and his lover Ace." I said the man nodded I also gave him there description. I waved goodbye to the clerk and walked off. My smile began to hurt my cheeks but I couldn't help it.

I made my way through town looking at the shops. I had a lot of money then usual thanks to all the saving I've done since I got here. I bought some small food and some water bottles for the road my striker could only for so much and I still have a job to do. I went to a clothing store and bought a couple things. Then I figured that's good enough. I looked at my log post to notice it was set. so I decided to go to my striker and drop my stuff off.

When I got to my striker I looked at the one next to mine it looked like a banana boat. I couldn't help but chuckle. I dropped my stuff off and took a step back. I looked at all the pirate boats docked and cracked my knuckles.

"Alright time to get to work." I said and made my way to the closest pirate ship. I got aboard to be greeted with a couple guards. I smiled they all charges at me at the attempt to kill me. yeah right.

I punched one sending him flying off the ship and then I attacked the others. They weren't much of a challenge. I smiled and made my way to captain qaurters. I entered and noticed a map I grabbed it and then grabbed all the Beli in the room it was enough to move onto the next ship. I repeated this routine for all the Pirate ships on the docks. In each ship I left a little gift along with my signature. By the time I was done I could see a raid of pirates head towards the docks. I had a big white bag filled with the treasure from each ship. I smiled and made my way to my striker throwing the bag into my boat and then setting off with speed from my MIZU MIZU no mi power that controlled my skiff. My escape was smooth and I was out of the distance but close enough to hear my little gifts go off.
