The Ace & The Queen of hearts

Chapter 25

Melody POV

We had Three days... In those three days it seemed like my life had changed.... Those three days i will always regret for the rest of my life.

When Luffy had saved me from Skully, He was already on his way to Impel Down. He explained to me how ace and Black Beard got into this Major battle at Banaro island. Luffy said that Black beard had won the fight and turned Ace over to the Marines in order to get the title of Shichibukai. Black Beards name began to fill me with disgust. He was nothing but a rotten coward.

Right now with the help of Boa Hancock a friend Luffy had met before he rescued me, Luffy and I are on our way to impel down to save Ace. Impel down is an underwater prison where Ace is being held before his execution. The way we got in was super easy and very ridiculous. As a passing Marine ship went by Boa Had turned her self in with Luffy and I hiding in her coat! Thank god this woman coat was big! Then to think we were almost revealed because of Luffy and his damn hunger. I swear he's an Idiot! When they locked up Boa Hancock in their jail cell on the ship they gave boa some food which she had asked for more than thirty plates because Luffy was hungry! The guards were a little skeptical about it but didn't say much until LUFFY YELLED OUT WHAT A GOOD MEAL! The idiot!!!! I felt bad for poor Boa who had to cover up for him. Boa fooled the guards and we managed to be safe for now.

Finally the boat that boa was being held and we stowaways were on was entering the gates of Impel down Prison with only thirty three hours before Aces execution. I held my breath as Boa made her way to the front entrance since we were still hiding in her jacket! The Soldiers at the entrance greeted her politely but warned her.

"Welcome to Impel Down Prison. Measures will be taken up ahead to insure not only yours but others safety! Which means...." The soldier said and locked sea stone cuffs around Boa hands." Sorry but this is a precaution since you were a pirate. Up ahead you will be searched and stripped of any harmful items." I became really nervous and so did Boa. Luffy although was very calm and assured us it would be fine which made me worry more. We made our way into Impel Down with only Thirty three hours until Ace's Execution.

Boa was introduced to the Vice Chief of impel Down Hannyabal, and also to the jail head Domino. Domino takes Boa through the Prisoner process. When Domino finished giving an intro to Boa about Impel Down, Domino guided Boa to a room where she would be searched, but before they could search her in the room Boa turned Domino into stone along with the surveillance Den Den Mushi. Quickly Luffy and I jumped out of her coat. I let out a sigh and stretched my body. Boa Smiled at us.

"Im sorry but this is as Far as I can take you." Boa said and Luffy smiled at her which made her blush. I nodded Which she ignored hinting she was more concerned with Luffy. I rolled my eyes.

"Boa Thank you..." I said and gently smiled at her, she then returned the gentle smile.

"Promise me both of you wont get caught or make such a big fuss around here." Boa asked of us and Luffy gave her his signature smile and agreed easily to her request, but i just looked at her like if she was serious. She notice my stare and we shared a chuckle. " Take care of Luffy Melody..." Boa said and for some reason i had this sick feeling in my stomach as if that wont be the last time I would hear that.I only replied by nodding. We then headed out the door and down to Aces cells. Boa unfroze Domino who had no memories of what happened.

Luffy and I were on Level 1 of the underwater Prison. We walked through the halls of Prison cells in Search of Ace. We were questioned by the Prisoners. Asking why we were out of our cells but we ignored this. We still were searching the First level until up ahead on the path we heard a small commotion. Luffy stepped infront of me as if to protect me from the danger we felt ahead. We realized there was an escapee running towards us and away from something. When the man with Blue hair got closer i saw what was chasing him it was three blue gorilla looking men with double sided axes. I was shocked by the appearance but i was more shocked when the man running called out confused like to luffy.

"Buggy??!?" Luffy called back and as the man named buggy approached Luffy blocked me and stood his ground as the blue gorilla took sight of us as well as buggy. I stood back and just stayed still as the two boys stood infront of me."What are those?" Luffy asked Buggy.

"They are Blugori gaurds basically and they only want to kill." Buggy said and I watched all six of the Blugori Line up infront of us. "Truce?" Buggy said as he prepared to fight.

"Truce!" Luffy yelled as two attacked Luffy and Buggy I watched as Luffy took out the Blugori with ease.While Mr. Buggy was struggling. Luffy turned to go and help Buggy as he did i turned to the remaining four and they were about to move an attack Luffy but i froze them with a snap of my finger. I knew i needed to save my energy so i didn't try and use much strength. I waited as Luffy finished the blugori and then i watched as the man buggy got ready to run but remembered there was still four left. He looked back and his mouth gaped open at the frozen men. Then it clicked and he finally realized i was standing next to Luffy. He Looked like he shit his pants realizing who i was. I glared at him and walked foward. The man then was about to flee when he noticed the map that Luffy has had tied to his hand. I didn't really care to ask why he had the map to captain john's Treasure. Although Buggy looked very curious. I glared at him as he bargained for it with Luffy. I knew not to trust this man but Luffy being so careless accepted his help in return for the map. We made our way down the hall as Buggy explained that as long as his feet were on the ground he could fly a small distance and the he explained what the Map meant to him and how he really would love it. I ignored him but Luffy carelessly gave him the map. I paused and watched the man named buggy.

"Here for thanks for helping me!" Luffy said innocently. I stood behind Luffy as i deadly glared at Buggy knowing what he would do once he had the map. he quietly back into a wall once given the map. Luffy then said...

"Oh is this a shortcut!" Luffy ran and crashed into a jailer room right before the crimson hell the real first level of impel Down prison. Crimson hell is made out of trees with blade like leaves, and how prisoners have to run through it to escape the poisonous spiders. That's why the trees are painted red with blood. Luffy threw buggys feet on the ground and grabbed me bridal style as he clung to buggys floating body. We floated over a hole we had reached passing many trees.

"This hole takes you to Level 2." Buggy said and luffy determined to get to Level 4 Immediately dove into the hole ignoring the fact that buggy was attempting to break his promise. I shot him a evil glare as he gave me a sad frown. Then I noticed something fly in the air and hit his head. Buggy came crashing down after us. I smirked as me and Luffy Landed Swiftly on the floor. I stood below the hole and Luffy questioned me. I raised my hand and waited Patiently. In a minuted I caught buggy by the back of his shirt. He was a little suprised but i put him down gently as possible.Luffy smiled at me and turned around in the mean time I gripped Buggy shit and Whispered into his ear.

"If you dare betray us I promise you won't see out side these prison walls." I threatened him and went ahead to walk with Luffy. Buggy came and walked beside us.

We had begun to make our way to Level 2 not knowing the future that lies ahead as our time to save Ace was coming to a end.
