Follow me for more (:Jason held onto my hand, our fingers intertwined as we walked towards the cafeteria. Once we walked inside, he lead me towards our usual table where Gaby was already sitting with Ryan and a couple of Jason's other friends. Jason sat down and looked at me with furrowed eyebrows.
"What's wrong?"
I gave him a small smile, shaking my head. "Nothing, I just wanna go and get me something to eat.." I said, motioning to the lunch line. He nodded, standing up and mumbling.
"I'll come with you."
I giggled, shaking my head and gently shoving him back down. "It's fine, I can go on my own."
He frowned, "But why?"
I smiled, kissing his cheek "Because I need a break from you, you've been stuck to my side ever since Sunday. Jeez, Jason, ever heard of personal space?" I joked and he chuckled, rolling his eyes.
"Okay, fine but if you take longer than two minutes I'm coming to get you."
I giggled, rolling my eyes before walking towards the lunch line. I grabbed a tray and waited for my turn. I gave the lunch lady a small smile and she returned it before placing a plastic plate of lasagna on my tray, I moved up and grabbed a water bottle along with an apple before turning around.
"You better not be going to sit with Jason." I turned around with raised eyebrows, my facial expression blank.
"Who else would I be sitting with, Holly?"
She smirked, "You were told to stay away from him, weren't you?"
I glared at her, my heartbeat increasing. "You're being pathetic, Holly, you know very well dad told me to stay away from him."
She glared at me, "Then why aren't you? I don't think dad will be happy to hear about this."
I swallowed the lump in my throat, croaking out while I looked down at my tray. "Why can't you just leave us alone?"
I felt an arm wrap around my waist protectively and lips touch my temple. "Baby girl, you okay?"He asked, eyeing Holly suspiciously. I bit my lip, leaning my body into his embrace, muttering:
"I'm fine."
He looked down at me, tilting my head up with his fingers. His eyes scanned my face before they hardened and he glared at Holly. "What the fuck did you say to her?"
She flipped her hair over her shoulder, shrugging. "I was just reminding her about what my father said."
He scoffed, stepping in front of me. "I swear to god if you weren't her sister." He mumbled angrily, towering over her.
"You listen to me, you little bitch. If you ever try the shit you pulled on Saturday again, I'll make you regret it." The entire cafeteria was quiet now, all eyes on the three of us. You need to get it through that THICK PATHETIC skull of yours that you and I will never be an item - hell, we'll never even be friends. I'm with your sister and I don't plan on leaving her for you or for anybody. I'm sick and tired of your bull shit, so I'm warning you now." He stepped closer to her, his voice a deadly whisper. "You tell your parents about Iris and I, you're gonna pay for it, you understand?"
She was breathing heavy, her eyes filled with fear as she nodded her head fast, "Y-yes."
He gave her one last scowl before turning to me, wrapping his arm around my shoulders.
"Come on, baby." He mumbled before leading an astounded me back to our table.
