Author here, this oneshot contains fluff, don't know how much fluff there will be but just know that it's fluffy, also, flower shop au. Feel free to correct me of any mistakes, i don't mind.

So, I was wondering if I should reveal the roles of the characters to you guys, this note was before i wrote anything btw. But i decided to leave you guys the guessing, it should be pretty obvious. Just guess, you'll find out early on so it doesn't really matter but you'll have the fun of guessing which character have which roles. Also, the agency and port mafia will probably only be mentioned, I didn't really add them in during the planning so don't expect them to appear in this chapter. Have a nice day, hope you enjoy the oneshot.

Fyodor Dostoevsky, a young Russian man with anemia (which he definitely denies, we all know he has it though), was currently talking to his associates, Ivan whatever last name i forgot and someone i also forgot, about what occupation he should pursue if something go wrong. Ivan had told him about flowers and plants the day before and he had gotten interested in it, researching about everything he could and finding any sources that can help him know them better.

He, despite his seemingly endless research about them, has never bought one and actually tend to them. He believed that he would only kill them, the thought was created from the murders that he has committed so far with just a touch. He thought that his ability would affect them in some way and kill them right away, what he didn't expect to see the next day would be Ivan giving him white roses to tend to. Unexpectedly (to him), the flowers seem to live and stay alive despite him constantly touching it. He had thought that it would die sooner or later but it stayed alive no matter what.

He soon gives up on his earlier plans to find the book and use it to kill all ability users, he went back to Yokohama, a city that he has been to before just to find the book, and finds a place to settle down at. He soon found an apartment building near a flower shop and applied to work there because he needed money of course.

(Little interview moment)

Interviewer: So, why do you want to work here?

Fyodor: Simple, money, I need money to live and pay the apartment bills you moron.

(No but seriously, why is that even a question. Like, why???)

Dazai Osamu, former Port Mafia executive and currently working in the agency, is walking to his favourite flower shop while whistling cheerfully, Kunikida had thought that he had flirted with some women and told him to do work. Ranpo, the cheeky little bitch, had smiled (smirked) at him while eating his chips and continued to complain about the lack of interesting cases for him to work with. Dazai had ran out of the agency saying something about how he found more ways to commit suicide, leaving a confused Atsushi, an angry Kunikida, and the rest of the agency doing whatever they were doing because I'm too lazy and tired right now to write their reactions.

He ran towards the direction of a flower shop nearby, (choose the name of the shop), wanting to meet his friend and partner in crime, Fyodor Dostoevsky. Their first meeting was, of course, in this adorable, little (not really, the shop's pretty big) shop.

(Flashback)

Dazai Osamu, former Port Mafia executive and currently not in the agency, was going out to the shop nearby to buy some flowers for Odasaku. He was a known customer in the shop by now with his visits each year, pushing the door open, he turned to the cashier only to find a young looking man with medium hair and porcelain skin. Dazai would guess that he is around his age but looks could be deceiving. The young man turn to him their eyes met, the seemingly new employee's purple eyes meeting his own pair of dark brown ones.

"Welcome to (whatever name you choose for the shop), how can I help you?" The man asked, smiling slightly and stiffly, as if he wanted to escape this hellhole of a conversation and go home for some rest. Honestly, Dazai can relate to that, he would only go back home once he visited Odasaku's grave though. Dazai smiled at him, genuinely or not, we'll never know, and inquired, "Are you a new employee? What's your name?"

"My name is Fyodor Dostoevsky, I can not see how that relates to my question however, what flowers do you need?" The man responded, still smiling at him but with more annoyance than originally. "Ok then, Dostoevsky, I need _______(whatever flowers because I'm too tired for this)." Dazai replied, thinking of ways to annoy him further.

"Alright then, do you need or want anything else?"

"No, but, how about you give me your number?" Dostoevsky scoffed, "We just met you idiot, why'd you think I'd give you my number."

"I mean, I had a chance of succeeding in doing so."

"No way."

Their slight bickering soon became a conversation about each other, soon enough, after months of Dazai visiting and them talking every time, they finally became friends. Fyodor invited him to a cafe regularly and Dazai bought him books despite him having the ability to have bought the books himself. They grew closer each time, by now, Dazai visits the shop thrice a week and bring Fyodor gifts every time.

(Flashback end)

——————

The doorbell rung, signalling Fyodor of a customer's arrival, he turned to the door to find a brightly smiling Dazai walking towards him. His coworkers saw how close they were and had thought they were lovers until he explained that they were just friends, he did have some feelings towards Dazai but he doubts the man would reciprocate them. "Hey Fyodor! How have you been doing?" Dazai cheefully called out to him.

Fyodor had thanked whatever god up there for giving him the ability to control how much he blushed. He replied, slightly smiling, more comfortable now compared to their first meeting, "I've been fine, although, why are you here? If I remembered correctly, you usually don't visit the shop on Thursday."

"I just wanted to invite you to a trip at an amusement park that just opened nearby, it'll be tomorrow, how'd you think? Would you be able to go?" Dazai glanced at his phone and looked back at him, grinning when Fyodor nodded. Fyodor nodded towards him and muttered, "I don't have anything to do anyways." Dazai jumped up in excitement, "It's a date then! Have a nice day!"

After he left, Fyodor proceeded to blush intensely, with his coworkers telling him how lucky he was and he sort of responded with a bit of force.

——————

(Little snippet of what happened)

Fyodor: *blushing*

Coworkers: *telling him how lucky he was and admiring him*

Fyodor: *proceeds to punch the shit out of a coworker next to him out of embarrassment*

Coworkers: *immediately returns to their work*

Fyodor: 'Finally, I shall embrace the silence of this moment.' *literally fucking glowing and some shit*

Boss: "get back to work and stop glowing, you're scaring customers away, you idiot."

This oneshot has an open ending so you can continue it however you want, I don't really care. Just credit me if you do continue this oneshot. Maybe I'll write another part about their little date, maybe, I won't guarantee anything though.
