Chapter Forty

October 2014

SCARLETT'S POV:

Melanie hasn't left my side whatsoever and Romain has told me that he has work to do so I can have Melanie until Halloween and then the next two weeks after that because he got a full month with her so today is Halloween and I can't wait to get my two baby girl dressed up into their costumes.

We are going as the lion king this year, I am Sarabi, Simba's mom, Elizabeth will be Mufasa, Simba's dad, Melanie will be Simba and Rose will be Nala, Romain is going to be Scar because why not.

It is just past dinner time and we are getting everyone ready to go trick or treating so I do Melanie's makeup and Rose's makeup while Elizabeth does my makeup and I do hers, Elizabeth does Romain's makeup while I get the girls changed and into their costumes.

We are all wearing onesies and have our hoods up and our makeup on, Rose and Melanie look the cutest out of all of us and then it is Elizabeth and then me but Elizabeth would disagree that she is cuter than me but let's just hope she can't read minds like Wanda.

We all head out of the house and I am holding Melanie and Romain is pushing Rose's stroller and Elizabeth is holding my free hand.

We all go from house to house and get lots of candy before heading home, Melanie and Rose are already asleep so I gently take their makeup off and leave them in their onesies because they are comfortable in them.

I head to bed with Elizabeth and Romain heads back to his LA house because he is leaving early in the morning for his flight back to France.

I know this is also short but the next one won't be as short but maybe shorter than 1000 words.

Also I can't believe we are already at 40 chapter for this book, I am so happy that you guys are enjoying this and I will be updating a lot today.
