Turtle was not the kind of dragon to go swimming through the creepiest part of the ocean just for fun. In fact, he's not the kind of dragon to do anything really brave. Sure he helped defeat Dalkstalker, but that is because his friends were in danger, and he couldn't find anything else to do to save them other than using his magic, which he didn't feel very comfortable with at first. Now his magic is broken, and he wonders if anyone will ever have animus magic again.

Now he was in the worst part of the ocean swimming at the speed of light. With no idea what the actual emergency is. All he knew is that Kinkajou needed his help, and he was not going to stop until he got there. He swam by a large fish with red stripes, while most of its body was white. The face had black scales all over it, and a few blue specks on the belly. Turtle swam right around it as it started to block his path. He didn't realize that he could be so agile when he was in such a hurry. He was one of the most clumsy dragons he knew. He assumed its because he was rushing to get back to Kinkajou. He wanted to be there to protect her, and if something bad happened while he was gone, he wouldn't be able to live again.

The last time Turtle saw her, was at their home just next to the jungle. They found a small hut that was on an island just outside the jungle they were exploring. The hut had lots of small figures made out of wood, and a few small creations that look like they were made by young dragonets. They decided that it would be easier than just building a small hut from scratch. When they entered the hut, they found tons of wooden carvings. There were a lot of different tribes of dragons, which caused Turtle to wonder who made them. The carvings felt so unbiased and made with care. He only knew a few dragons who are unbiased toward which tribe is the best, Kinkajou was one of them. She never saw any tribe as worse than the other. All she saw were dragons. All living separately, but also still living on the same planet.

Turtle was thinking that the closest any tribe got close to being hated by Kinkajou was the NightWings, but then when she went to Jade mountain academy, her best friend was one.

Turtle decided that it would be best to use it. They went through the house, cleaning out all the dust and other bits of trash. After they emptied the hut of all the trash, they got to work making it thier home. They finished the house, feeling incredibly satisfied with themselves.

The hut had a table with a few pillows and pads and stuff to sit on. There was a desk in one of the corners of the hut, with a small decorative pot that was a gift from Qibli and Moonwatcher, holding a few yellow, pink, and sea green flowers. The only thing they didn't touch was the wooden carvings. To Turtle, they felt as if they had a soul. They seemed to have life, even though they were just wooden objects.

After a few months of living there, Turtle was called to the Sea Kingdom. He didn't know why, but when he got there, he found out fast. It was because his mother wanted to step down from the throne, to follow her passion of writing stories. There was this big ceremony, and a party celebrating the new queen. There was a large feast, and dance with the whole tribe, including those the queen didn't exactly appreciate, which surprised him. He was not allowed to bring Kinkajou, but because he was a part of the royal family, it was required for him to come.

Turtle just stayed near the edge of the dance, thinking about his wife. She was left home to watch over their house, and the building process of the village over there. A few other families of dragons flew to the islands south of the rainforest and started to build homes there. Turtle loved the idea of Sanctuary, so he decided to build a safe place for all tribes, and walks of life. They have been working on the project for about a month, and progress was going well. Turtle sent a map of the available islands to Qibli, and he sent back a copy of it, but with a town plan on it. They were following it, and they were halfway through, so in order to keep up the momentum, he had Kinkajou continue until he returned.
