The next day they finally got to the school. The twin peaks of Jade Mountain looked like they were holding up the rising sun. It was a breezy morning with dew glistening on the thin blades of grass and the swaying trees. The clouds were thin and sparse, and the animals were all just waking up.

It looked like all of Pyrrhia was at the school, talking to and bringing the students. Most of the dragons Bubble saw were going in and out of the main entrance. Some of them were big and some were small, but all of them were from different tribes. Both Bubble and Spray walked into the chaotic Great Hall, to find a mess of dragons everywhere. It was louder than he was expecting and it started to give him a headache. All Bubble saw was a mix of wings and talons. He walked toward two NightWings and they greeted the two SeaWings.

"Hi. I'm looking for someone named Starflight."

One of the NightWings that had two small silver teardrop scales looked over at the two SeaWings, "Hi, I'm Fatespeaker, and this," she pointed to the other NightWing, "is Starflight."

Bubble tried to remember something about Starflight that he thought was interesting. Bubble racked through his incredibly slow memory. The only thing that came to mind was the fact that he somehow was a part of the War of SandWing Succession, even though NightWings were never directly a part of it. Just then, Bubble remembered what it was, and he immediately felt stupid.

Oh YEAH! This is one of the Dragonets of Destiny! He helped stop the war, and was blinded during the NightWing island volcano blast!

Spray noticed Bubble totally "geeking out," so she got Bubble's attention by elbowing him in the ribs. Pain wiped through his body and the air in his lungs was knocked out of him.

OW!

Spray said to the NightWings, "Nice to meet you, we are new students at the academy. Do you think we could get our scrolls?"

They were both handed their scrolls, and they headed down one of the tunnels toward the sleeping caves. Bubble found his cave first and went in, saying goodbye to his friend as she continued to look for her sleeping cave.

There was a small wicker bed, a small ledge shaped like a bowl with some sand in it, and another small ledge that had some melting snow. Bubble realized what that meant. He knew what tribes his claw mates were going to be.

So I have a SandWing and an IceWing as claw mates. Cool... I think.

Later that day, now that most of the students were settled in, the dragons were allowed to explore the school, so Bubble left the cave and started walking down the crowded tunnel. Bubble was walking in the direction of the Prey Center while looking around to see anyone he knew. The tunnels were fairly moist from condensation, and some bugs that Bubble didn't even want to try to identify were scurrying around the dark gray rocks. The SeaWing Prince stopped when he saw a slate hanging from a wall with some words on it. He decided that he should read it just in case there is something important on it., so he approached the slate.

Welcome to Jade Mountain Academy! Feel free to explore the school, and make new friends. We are so glad you are here to join us as we start a new adventure. You all have the power of Wings of Fire!

Bubble knew that that was an announcement that came probably from one of the heads of the school. He thought it was fairly embarrassing, even though it was not even written by him. He didn't understand why but didn't put too much thought into it.

He continued to walk on and looked for his friend. He walked through the entire school but still couldn't find her. He passed a few other SeaWings, but not his friend. He started to get worried about what might have happened.
