[16]-Why do you care?

Hey my lovely readers?

How are you all?

Hope you all are enjoying my book so far.

So, I am watching this K drama Goblin - The lonely and great god and I must say, I am literally hooked up.

The storyline is indeed mind blowing and the introductory song has my heart. The music, I don't know is just so calm, so thought of sharing it with you all.

Hope you all enjoy it.

We were in our car now, heading to my office again but my mind wasn't at peace.

The reason being that something was bugging me, my mind.

What relationship do they share?

Are they just friends or are they more than just friends?

"Sir," I heard her say from beside me and I looked at her to see her already looking at me with concern.

Sighing, I said, "You can call me Adarsh, Sophia.

Saying so, I looked ahead.

"I can't call you by your name," she said.

"Why?" I asked her, still looking ahead.

"You are my senior, my boss. I can't possibly call you by your name," she said.

I rolled my eyes and said, "Sophia, we are friends."

"Not at workplace. We are just boss and employee there," she said.

"What did I tell you about being friends?" I said and she remained mum.

"Just allow me in, Sophia. I promise I'll be a good friend," I said.

"I am allowing you in," she said and I looked at her raising my eyebrow.

"Really?" I asked and she looked away.

Sighing, I asked her, "Tell me about your family."

As soon as the question left my mouth, I instantly regretted it.

I saw her closing her eyes for a split second before she opened them again.

"It's just me and my mother," she said, still looking out of the window.

I looked ahead on the road and said, "You two must be very close, isn't it?"

She smiled and looking at me nodded her head.
