'i observed you were shy in there Bethany',Levi said as we entered the car.

'ah,I was that obvious?’ I replied him

'maybe or maybe not. But you should.....' we was interrupted by his phone's ringtone.

'i gat to pick this',he said after checking the phone

'oh yes. Yes I understand. Am coming immediately',he said speaking to the person on the other side of the call

'sorry Bethany. I gat an urgent matter in office. You can call a cab right?' he said

'hmm. I can' I replied nodding

'okay,take this cash. Gonna meet you at home' he said

I alighted from the car and watched him reverse and left

I walked to the street to get a cab and I saw a supermarket so I decided to get ice cream before leaving..

~~~~ In the supermarket~~~~

'help me round this up' I said to the lady behind the counter

'and me too please', someone else said from behind

I turned and to my utmost surprise i saw Anna standing there

'Anna' I screamed, obviously dragging all attention to me

'please',she said looking not too pleased to see me

'huh?? Why Anna',I said confused

'oh why? Why In this world would I even meet you again. Now asking why??' she said sassily

'please can we talk outside' I said pulling.her

'nope,I got nothing to say to you.' she replied and pulled her hand away

'and I need to deliver this' she said raising the things she bought to my face

'ah okay. Just spare a little of your time'i said and collected my ice cream and other stuffs and paid

I waited for Anna outside and she eventually showed up.

'Anna please am sorry. I can understand why you are angry. It wasn't my fault' I said apologetically

'still shifting blames. So pathetic you were once my Friend.' she said and looked away

'have always hoped for your safety. Ask Levi I cried a lot. I had to run away from mother Monika that day. Am so sorry Anna. Okay it's my fault but am really sorry',I said

'you had to save yourself and left a friend? You could have ran back to the convent and let us pick another day for Levi to come get us. But all you were about was you. You wouldn't have thought of that would you?' she said and scoffed

Am feeling so pained right now like someone is using an axe to rip my heart apart

'no Anna I would never do that to you' I said

'that was before maybe so I thought. But I don't know you now. I got out thanks you don't need to worry again as you claimed and that day I was already on my way outside when I saw you running out. I was able to hide from mother Monika and I ran out later to discover that you were gone. I mean you were nowhere to be found. You left your so called best friend,I didn't mean anything to you from the beginning right. Arghhhhhh,I can't believe this. So infuriating' she said and scratched her neck

'well am living okay thanks to you. I trekked my legs hurt I thought I was going to die. Until some guys met me and brought me to the city and I have been doing delivery services. I see live is good and splendid for you. Hmmmm,as expected of someone that ditched her friend' she spat the words at me

'am so sorry Anna. Really sorry, didn't meant or any of this to happen. We actually waited a.while' I said

'ahhh,I see. You couldn't just wait a little longer,am taking too much time saying gibberish with you. Am done here,bye and don't let our paths cross ever again' she said wagging her right index finger at me vigorously

'Anna,Anna please. Anna,an....na... anna.' I kept shouting but she just kept walking and took a cab

I cried profusely,I just lost a great friend. I don't have her number or anything. How can I meet her again?? Should I order from all stores, shops or organizations that does delivery services and she might appear again?? I couldn't control this tears and my heart ache a lot.

I couldn't stop thinking about Anna. I cried so much that my eyes kept telling me they didn't ask me to leave Anna and that I shouldn't stress them any longer.

'knock,knock,knock'

I went to check who was at the door and I saw Levi.

'oh, welcome. How was the matter at office?’ I asked him

'ahhh, it's solved already. You've been here for a while now. You are getting the hang of the things already. How about doing something fun like an amusement park or an arcade??' he asked

'oh,that sounds really fun' I replied

'why is your eyes swollen?' he moved closer

'did you get into trouble on your way back home. Ahh,no way' he added

'nope. I met my friend Anna the one we were waiting for but didn't make it. She's so pissed at me thinking I ditched her.' I said

'ahhh ahh,so you cried. She's gonna forgive you with time. She's still hurt and haven't healed. No problem,you shouldn't be crying then' he said and went inside

'hmm, thanks.' I said and followed

Should Anna forgive her or not? and what do you guys think about Levi Hart though. Wanna hear your thoughts, noticed that I haven't asked....

Am thinking of dropping facts about the book, like how it was meant to be and some changes I made... We are getting to the end,few more chapters. So sorry am rushing it,but am out of inspiration. As it is my first book,drop ideas and let me learn from you guys so that I can improve a lot on my next book. I will drop the title and cover later.
