Kacia Harrison was described as smart, charismatic, loving, beautiful and ultimate party girl. When her, her mother, father, sister, and two brothers moved from the cut to figure eight when she was eight years old.
She was overwhelmed by the fact her fathers company had skyrocketed of course she was happy that her father's company had took off but she was afraid that she would end up becoming like the snobby rich "kooks"on figure eight, she was afraid she would forget about all of her friends from the "cut" JJ, Kiara, Pope and John B also known as "the pogues." And most of all she was afraid that her closest friends would absolutely hate her and feel betrayed that she would be leaving them.
The so called "rivalry" between the pogues and kooks never really bothered her, until she she realized she was about to become one of them.
Her father was always so persistent about giving his family a better life, his wife and kids were the most important thing in the world to him he sometimes felt bad he couldn't give his family the life he wanted to give them. His wife on the other hand was happy where they were at, but she loved how hopeful and optimistic her husband was about giving their family a better life, that's what made her fall in love with him.
