"I'm going back to 505. If it's a seven hour flight or a forty-five minute drive. In my imagination you're waiting, lying on your side. With your hands between your thighs. Stop and wait a sec. Oh, when you look at me like that, my darling. What did you expect?. I'd probably still adore you with your hands around my neck. Or I did last time I checked. I'm not shy of a spark. The knife twists at the thought that I should fall short of the mark. Frightened by the bite though it's no harsher than the bark. The middle of the adventure seemed like a perfect place to start."

Six Months Later
Third Person POV
"It's you"
Ajax had been looking for the stranger, after what seemed like forever, he was dropped into his hands.
After what felt like hours of silence, Ajax cleared his throat in an attempt to create a professional aura and began to read over Achilles' credentials.
"Achilles Moore"
"Twenty-three years old"
"Business Major, Accounting Minor", Ajax read aloud, impressed with his companion.
"So you're more than just a pretty face?"
"So, I've heard", Achilles remarked, with slight agitation as to why his looks played a role in him gaining the job.
His credentials seemed to be the best he had seen all day.
"You understand that you would not be working as an assistant of the company, but my own personal assistant?", Ajax questioned
"I do, which is why I feel like I am more than qualified for the job,'' Achilles responded.
"More so, We'd be sharing an office as well as a home."
Ajax couldn't see a future where he didn't hire this man. Not only did he have no other options, but even if he did, he would most likely pick him. Not to mention, Achilles was just the distraction he needed. After all, personal preference plays a role in choosing a personal assistant.
Though Achilles hadn't expected to live with his boss, it was a requirement of the job. He was growing tired of the many partners Mark brought home daily. Plus, he needed this job.
"Can we start moving your things tomorrow?"
"Not a problem", Achilles answered, though a bit confused as to why the job was so easily acquired.
"I'll email you the details tonight", Ajax said and began to escort Achilles out of the hiring office.

Ajax had woken up that morning refreshed, even though he had stayed up most of the night rearranging his home for the upcoming guest.
He was excited. He would have a live-in hottie blessing his eyes every morning.
Achilles would serve him coffee in tight pants and would bend over slightly to clean his messes that he totally made by "accident". Achilles would drool over him and worship him completely.
Ajax was called from his realm of fantasy by the doorbell signaling the arrival of his guest.
He opened the door and was greeted by Achilles and his one suitcase, which confused him, but he said nothing about it.
"You can have the guest room and rearrange it as you see fit, but you can always sleep with me if you want", Ajax said with a smirk.
'I'll remain in my own room, thank you for the offer", Achilles said.
Unfortunately, Achilles hadn't' woken up in the best of moods this morning, which had only gotten worse by the end of the day. His sleep had been interrupted by the familiar streets of San Francisco and the stench of the homeless shelters he visited far too often that relentlessly plagued his dreams.
Ajax realized the discomfort in the air and decided to no longer press the topic.
"I'll get started on dinner, do you have any allergies, dislikes or preferences"
"If you feed it to me, I'll be fine", Ajax continued to flirt relentlessly.
Achilles ignored his playful antics, hiding the smile that was begging to show and began to make his way to the kitchen and start an early dinner.
As much as Achilles wanted to simply sleep for the rest of the day, he didn't want to be a burden on his first day, no matter how much of a flirtatious douchebag his boss was.
"I'll make dinner, so you can finish unpacking"
Achilles hadn't needed any more convincing. He retreated to his room and swiftly unpacked his few belongings. Thankfully, with enough time to catch a small nap. Slowly falling into the abyss of sleep.
"Wait right here", his father said after planting a loving kiss on his head.
"I'll be right back"
"I don't want you to leave me, papa", the young boy whispered as his father disappeared into the crystal blue water.
Achilles was too young at the time to realize it, but his father wasn't coming back.
Achilles woke up and felt as if his lungs were on fire. He couldn't breathe. All air was escaping him. The sound of his shallow breaths seemed to echo across the walls of the room, but he felt no air coming in. He couldn't move.
"I'll be right back"
"I'll be right back"
"I'll be right back",
Knock, Knock, Knock
His attention had fixed on the sound of the door, releasing him from his former paralyzed state.
Achilles fixed his clothes, grateful he had thought to lock the door.
"Were you that sad to see me go, you could've stayed with me.", Ajax said proudly
Achilles felt the wetness on his face, as shame began to cloud his mind.
"Trust me, I wasn't", he said with a smile that hid the anxiety building in his stomach.
Shiny pristine marble counters, gracefully aligned along the walls. White cabinets and drawers accented by black knobs. Beautiful ceiling lights that created an almost angelic atmosphere in the room.
"You gonna keep making goo-goo eyes in my kitchen or are we gonna eat?"
"You are insufferable"
"Only the best for you" Ajax said with a smile.
Achilles simply rolled his eyes at the comment, but refused to show the blush that would have been clouding his cheeks.
Achilles had eaten the pizza that Ajax claimed to be "homemade", but Achilles saw the box in the trash.
In the midst of the comfortable silence, Achilles began to fight sleep. As his tired eyes fluttered, he caught Ajax smiling at him.
Not one of his famous smirks, a genuine smile, one that warmed Achilles' heart.
