He stood right in front of the glass door, staring down at you.

You slowly stood up, even then he was still somewhat taller than you.

You walked up to the door so you were directly in front of him. He didn't move, not a single muscle. He stared straight down at you as if he were a mannequin. You looked back up at him, attempting to read him whilst appearing intimidating.

Squinting your eyes, staring straight into his soul. Nothing. He was like an emotionless void. It was very abnormal, you may not have had the powers for it but you were pretty good at reading people.

"Are you done?"
He finally asked, breaking the silence. What did he mean though? His voice was super low, yet bold. He sounded like royalty. It was very satisfying yet calming.

"Done what?" You replied back curiously, with your eyebrows furrowed.

"Trying to read me. It clearly isn't working." You could see the small smirk forming on his lips that faded within a second.

"Who said I was trying to read you? I was just mimicking you to show you how ridiculous you look." You told him with your usual sarcastic tone.

"Mhm." He just nodded, with a slight chuckle.

"Anyways what are you even doing here? It's super early. Also, who even are you?" You asked, your tone changed with every sentence.

"I believe we've met before."

"Really? Wow... So shocking!"

"You know, you should really watch your tone considering i'm the one delivering your breakfast." He said with a chuckle. Usually people would be angry whenever you humiliate them with sarcasm, but he didn't really seem to care. It's like he found it somewhat assuming and funny. As if I was an amateur compared to him.

"I don't want breakfast. I'm not hungry." You claimed. Deep inside you were hungry and ravenous for food. You hadn't eaten since yesterdays lunch and your stomach was constantly reminding you of it.

"Is that so?" He said, with a mischievous tone as if he already knew the truth.

You put your head down facing your stomach. That just so happened to growl at the wrongest time. You also caught him looking and smirking at your embarrassment.

"Just give me the damn food."

He chuckled as he opened a small glass opening and slid a plate of food and water on your table for you.

The meal was served on a tray. There was a small bowl, a container of fruit and a water bottle. Inside the bowl was a mushy brown chunk of food that honestly looked like vomit. Vomit topped with two strawberries in a sad attempt of making it look edible. In the container of fruit you saw some cut up watermelon, pineapple and kiwi.

"So you live in this big luxurious tower yet you can't afford to make a good meal." You said, holding the cup of fruit and inspecting it.

"I didn't make the food. Considering where you are standing, be grateful." He said in a snarky tone before walking away.

                                       —————

After 2 hours, you wondered where Thor was. It was pretty boring and discomforting in this white torture cell.

You ate every last piece of the oatmeal, mostly out of hunger and boredom.

Speaking of Thor, he finally made his presence known again. He took long prideful steps until he was in front of your cell.

"So.. Unfortunately in order for you to get a better room you need to actually answer our questions." He said, awkwardly whilst fidgeting with his fingers.
