Shiros escape

Wren's POV

I slowly opened my eyes to see an unfamiliar room, then I remembered what happened. We got separated, I was on the planet Tryder, saved the village from horrible monsters, got rescued and found out Shiro had been hurt. I got out of bed and stretched, I left Shiro's room and went back to mine to change into my everyday clothes. When I opened the door it revealed to be Allura with a knowing smile.

"I went to go wake you up but couldn't find you and I tried Shiro's room, I saw you asleep and you started waking so I left you alone." I blush in embarrassment and said. "I couldn't sleep very well and sleeping in his room made me feel closer to him." Allura smiled at me. "You really love him don't you." I smiled back and said. "I do, I really do."

Allura came up to me and hugged me tight, I hugged her back. "I'm glad, you deserve happiness after all you've been through." She whispered as I hugged her tighter and said. "Thank you." We separated and I asked. "What did you need me for." Allura's smile widened and said. "Shiro is coming out of the pod soon."

I gasp at her words and followed her to the healing pods. As we walked down the hall, she suddenly said. "You know we had to practically shove him into the healing pod." I looked at her confused and asked. "Why?" She smiled. "Because he didn't want to go in until you were found." I smiled looking down and said. "I would've done the same thing." "You really do love him." She said with a smile as I sighed with a smile. "Yes, yes I do."

When we entered I saw everyone there, Pidge ran to me and hugged me. "Your back!" I smiled and hugged her back. "Yeah, I'm back Pidge." Hunk joined the hug giving his famous bone breaking hugs. "Space fairy's okay!" I chuckled at that nickname, it was hunk called me when I told everyone I was a fairy.

He put us down as Lance asked. "What happened exactly? While we were looking for you the monitors lit up like crazy." "Oh, that's because I conjured up a storm." They looked at me surprised and I explained what happened and the Tryderiens. They were shocked and surprised at this and then I asked. "So what happened to you two?" "Well, I got kidnapped by killer mermaids that were being brainwashed by living seaweed. It was the most terrifying thing I'd ever seen."

"You think that's scary? I had to fight a pack of creatures that were black as night with blood red eyes and talons that could cut through anything." Hunk paled at my description. "Yeah, that's more horrifying." I heard a yelp and turned my attention to Shiro, who was groaning in his sleep. "Is he okay?" Hunk asked looking at Allura and Coran who were working on the console.

"Sometimes, the healing process can cause involuntary brain wave reactions." Allura said looking at Hunk who looked at Shiro. "He looks like he's having a bad dream." "He just got blasted by a space witch and mauled by giant lizards. What dream could be worse than that?" Keith said looking at him as I said. "I, i think he's remembering something."

Suddenly Shiro opened his eyes and looked at us as we smiled at him as he moaned. The pod opened and when he got out, I hugged him tight. "I'm so glad your okay." I felt him hug me back. "Me too." My grip tighten around him, happy to be in his arms again. We separated and everyone else hugged him as well, happy he's okay.

We were now all in the green lions hangar as Pidge hooked up Shiro's arm and started typing on her computer. Apparently I was right that he was remembering something, someone helped him escape the prison and put coordinates in his arm and that someone was a Galra. 'Why would a Garla be sooooo helpful?' I thought sarcastically. "I'm not finding any coordinates in here. Are you sure this wasn't just a dream?"
