"I'LL STAY FOR another week." I told Ellora as I walked past her. I felt her stops from her tracks so I looked back and saw her looking at me with a silent question written all over her face.

"I can't just leave you here alone."

Though our business here is done, my father decided to transfer Ellora here in China and without a second thought, she agreed to my father's decision.

"I decided to stay here so we can't meet often tapos ay mananatili ka rito?" the irritation on her voice never fails to reach me. Palagi ay ganoon siyang magsalita na tila ba lahat sa akin ay ayaw niya.

I sighed. We're meeting Cara in a certain resto but I guess, someone's gonna throw a tuntrums like a little kid again. Sana lang ay hindi siya mag walk out na tulad ng madalas niyang gawin.

"A week. After that, you won't see me again for quite some time." I told her. Nakakapagod magpaliwanag sa babaeng 'to. Nakakaubos ng pasensiya.

Iningusan niya ako at pagkatapos ay nauna na sa aking maglakad na akala mo alam ang pupuntahan.

I watched her wander as I hid myself on the crowd and after a couple of minutes ay palinga-linga na siya sa paligid na tila batang nawawala. She's even biting her finger nails.

Cute.

But gross!

She looked at her phone and after that, she asked someone. I think she's asking for direction pero tila hindi siya naiintindihan ng kausap dahil panay lang ang iling niyon.

She look back at her phone and was typing when I decided to approach her.

"Let's go." I told her as I grab one of her hand and lead the way. Hindi naman siya tumanggi. Marahil ay kabado pa rin sa muntikang pagkawala.

I suppressed a grin. But I guess I'm not that good enough.

"You're grinning! Muntuk na akong mawala tapos ay natatawa ka pa!" aniya sa mahina at may gigil na tinig. May kasama pang pinong kurot iyon sa aking braso as she tried to pull her hand off mine.

"That hurts." reklamo ko at ipinakita sa kaniya ang mga kamay naming magkahawak. "This is why I'm smiling. Your hand is so small. Can this even hold me?" I said before realizing that I shouldn't have said the last sentence.

When I look at Ellie, she's as red as a tomato. Nagyuko na rin siya ng mukha at pilit pa rin na hinahatak ang kamay mula sa akin.

Doon na ako tuluyang natawa ng malakas. Some of the passers-by turn their head at us, making Ellie hid herself behind me.
