Tunaless

So we came over to my house to get Tuna. I looked everywhere for her. She was no where to be found. I hope Kaoru doesn't think I'm lying. Just then I heard a soft meow. Hehe I should have checked there first.

I got to the cupboard with the tuna and sure enough there she was. I picked her up and placed her on the counter. She waddled over to Kaoru. She sniffed his hand and then rubbed her head against it.

Reika: I guess you can take her with you for the night because it's such a short notice. I think it would be better that way.

Kaoru: ...okay

Does he not talk at all? It's weird. I don't know what to say. So I quickly turned around and grab the stuff tha she would need, and then struggled to put Tuna in her carrier. I don't blame her. The only time I ever put her in there is when she had to go to the vet. So I handed everything over and gave Kaoru my home number in case anything would happen.

As soon as they left I started to freak out! Oh no no what did I just do! Why did I let him take my cat! What is wrong with me! I have never been away from Tuna for this long. Plus we do everything together... well not everything but still it's so quiet. What am I going to do? I feel like I'm going insane. I'll just go watch some tv. That will get my mind off things.

I turned the tv and a kitten show was on. So I changed the channel. It was a cat cartoon. So I changed it again. Great cat food ad, click. Finally a noncat show. That's when an orange color cat came waltzing down the stairs.

Reika: You gotta be kidding me!

I clicked the TV off! Ugh this is going to be a long night! Why did I agree to do this. I get up and decided to take a shower. Ugh my cat hates water why did I agree to do this! I never really thought about this beforehand. Why is it now after the fact that it's to late to say no. I'm just soooooo lonely. I don't even hear the cupboard door banging. Ugh I want my kitty back.

I get ready for bed. I can't sleep. My poor kitten is all alone with a guy she never met and another cat. I hope he is giving her enough attention? He never really talks or says anything... ugh my poor cat. Ugh I can't sleep! So I get up and take my sleeping pills. My doctor told me to only take them when my mind wanders and I can't calm down. Which is a lot actually. I take them and went back to bed to wait for the pills to kick in.

I wake up to my home phone ringing. I reach over and accidentally knocked the whole thing down. Ugh I sat up to reach the floor and picked it up.

Reika: ...hello?

Kaoru: ...I'm outside.

Reika: Okay! Just hold on I be there in a minute!

I jumped up and grabbed my robe and ran to the door. I opened it up and he walked inside.

Reika: ...yeah sure come right in...

He placed the cage on the counter and opened it up. He picked up Tuna and handed him to me.

Kauro: She missed you but she was really good. Tama and her got along just fine. I kept her in the cage just so they wouldn't do anything but Tama wouldn't stay away from the cage. So I let her out.

He was smiling the whole time he was talking. Wait that was the most I heard from him. Like ever. Does he enjoy talking about cats. Who's Tama? Is that the name of his cat?

Reika: That's good! I don't recommend me taking Tama. I was so lonely last night. It was weird being without your feline friend. I thought I was going insane.

Kaoru: ...

He smiled after I said that. I guess he understands what I mean. Tuna was rubbing her face all over mine. Then she sniffed my nose and licked it. She's so cute what was I thinking. I never do that again. I put Tuna down and then I turned to look at Kaoru to thank him, but he was gone. Huh? He's so weird. How ever he does have a nice smile. Well the good news is I have my Tuna back. Thunk! I turned around and Tuna pushed one of the cans of tuna onto the counter.

Reika: Haha! You silly cat!

Author's Note: This chapter was to show you guys the readers, two or three important things about Reika. You decide what they are. Anyway, yes I know Kaoru said a lot but he won't say that much from here on out. I just wrote it and that's as short as I could get it so please forgive me if I made you upset. Anyway I will upload chapter 3 as soon as I finish it. It shouldn't take me long. I also will hopfully update ONFH today or tomorrow if you guys read that. As for ANB I'm hoping to write the next part over the weekend but it might not be that good because I'm still trying to slow it down. I try my very best maybe I give Akita and Yuta a heart to heart chat or make a silly thing idk yet. Anyway I upload the next chapter when I finish it. If you guys have any ideas for this please share. I probably use them. Anyway enjoy your day!!!!
