A Potential Victim

I jumped up. This can't be happening. There is no way this is happening! Another bombing! Can't this person take a rest! I don't understand why this person would hurt innocent people! I written down the address and went to go to my room but I stopped.

Reika: Come on Kaoru lets go!

Kaoru: Okay

I quickly got on my clothes as fast as I can. I then slipped on my shoes. I opened out the door and shut it behind me. I looked up and there is Kaoru flying by me. He wasn't even fully dressed. He rushed by me while putting his shirt on. I'm standing there my breath stolen. I feel like my face is burning. Does he even know what he's doing to me?

Kaoru: Reika are you ready?

Reika: Yeah just gotta catch my breath.

I turn and walk past him out the door. He followed behind me. BANG!!!!

Kaoru: ...ow

Reika: I feel your pain...

Kaoru: Your not tall?

Reika: True but I do run into things quite a lot and I fall a lot too.

Kaoru: ...yeah

Reika: Anyway let's go!

We went out and got to the scene. There were people everywhere. I walked trying to avoid people. Just then I am in the front. Wow I'm lucky. The whole scene is taped off.

Kaoru: REIKA

I didn't even notice I wandered from him.

Reika: IM OVER HERE!

I jumped up and down until he found me. He started making his way to me.

???: Hello Reika, nice to see you again.

Reika: Huh?

I turned around and saw no one that I know. Who was that? Maybe I imagined it. It could have been talking to someone else too. Who knows.

Kaoru: Stop wondering off!

Reika: Stop startling me!

Just then the ambulance people pulled a women from the house in a stretcher. She looked started. Maybe from the shock of it all. I then got a closer look.

Reika: Rika!

Apon me calling out to her she looked my way.

Rika: Reika?

I ducked under the tape and ran to her. She was a friend of mine in college. She would sometimes hang out with me and Akuhei. She was just a good friend though.

Reika: Who did this to you?

Rika: She's coming after us! She won't stop.

Reika: Who?

Police Officer: I'm sorry. But your gonna have to get back you can see her at the hospital.

Reika: Which one!

Police Officer: The one around the corner. Now please get back!

Kaoru: Sorry for your time, sir.

I get pulled away. When we get a safe distance away Kaoru turns me to look at him.

Kaoru: Stop running off.

Reika: ...

Kaoru: Come on let's go home.

He tried dragging me behind him. I can't I just can't go. I snatch my hand back. Kaoru looked shocked. I glare at him.

Reika: Stop treating me like a child!

That's when I took off for the hospital. I have to get answers! This has to stop!

Authors note: More tomorrow! Wednesday I will be back on the road and I am going to a theme park s so I will not update on that day sorry guys but I ride a rollor coster for you.
