Letting It All Go

Yuri: Who are you? What are you doing here and how do you know my name?

Reika: NO! Kaoru go away! Please... I don't want you to see this...

Kaoru: She didn't do what you think she did.

Yuri: Oh so your Kaoru... well how do you know? Where you there? He was depressed! It all started with her!

Kaoru: I know how you feel...to lose someone you love...but she is innocent.

Yuri: She started this! It's her fault why everything happened! Everything! I cannot forgive her! She acts as if everything was fine! She was using him.

Kaoru: She was depressed...he left her and stole everything of hers.

Yuri: That's a LIE!

Kaoru be careful she blow us both up! At least he will walk away...

Kaoru: Look at her face...she didn't even know he killed himself.

Yuri: So what does that prove?

Reika: I thought he had it all. He took my money, my camera, the only thing I had was my clothes and his engagement ring but I left that.

Yuri: What engagement ring? Your lying!

Reika: I wish I was...

Yuri: ...

Reika: I thought he loved me and wanted to be with me but he stabbed me in the back!

Yuri: ...

Reika: I was left with nothing! He lied to me. It took me years to get myself together. I didn't do it alone and didn't heal completely until now.

Yuri: ...

Reika: Can't you see he was lying to you too!

Yuri: Shut up! I'm getting sick of this! Stop trying to get in my head! I'm not turning around this is going to happen!

Kaoru: No...please!

Kaoru somehow snuck behind her and grabbed her wrist.

Kaoru: Please just let this go... It isn't good blaming people it won't change what happened...

She dropped the pen thingy. I let out a breath. Yuri broke into a cry. I heard sirens coming this way. I almost felt guilty for her. I got of the bench but I didn't walk away from the situation. I went over to her and just held her. I felt her pain. She was crying in my arms. Before I knew it the police took her away.

Kaoru: Are you okay?

He turned my face from side to side to make sure I wasn't hurt.

Reika: Yeah I'm okay...

Kaoru: Then why are you crying?

Sure enough I was crying because I was hurting for her. I honestly didn't want to help with this article anymore. I'm sure I could help but deep down inside me I understand why she did this. I sympathized with her. I don't even know why she almost...

Reika: What do I do?

Kaoru: What do you want to do?

Reika: I want to finish the story but I want to be different I want us to write her side. We will probably be the only one but it would look weird if I only spoke on her behalf.

Kaoru: I don't think so... I think it's a great idea.

Reika: Thanks Kaoru... Hey I wanted to tell you that I l-

Police: Miss Sasaki, we would like to ask you some questions.

I sighed. They ruined my moment. The caught up in the moment feeling that I'm definitely going to lose. So I answered all their questions as honestly as I can. As soon as they were done I sure did lose that feeling. So now I'm scared to tell him. We started walking and suddenly I grabbed Kaoru's hand. But was I shaking. He must have noticed because he stopped dead in his tracks.

Kaoru: Are you okay?

Reika: Not really...

Kaoru: What's wrong?

Reika: Well... I...

Kaoru: Well what?

I can't believe I am going to say this. I feel my face burn. What if he doesn't like me back? What if...

Kaoru: Are you getting sick?

He put his hand on my forehead. I feel myself getting redder.

Reika: N-No I'm not... Kaoru I can't hide it anymore...

Kaoru: Hide what?

Reika: I-I know how you feel and everything that happened and your not able to return it but I can't hide it anymore and I don't know if I can let them go either but...Kaoru... I-I love you, like love as in, in love with you.

Kaoru: ...

Authors Note: Sorry for another cliff hanger but I couldn't think of a better ending... What will he say? Who knows only time will tell...well actually I will tell but it will take time.
