The building had 22 floors and it was exhausting to search where the money stash was kept. Some floor were restricted. Other floors were free but nothing was found.

So I went back to the restricted floors.

"Hey! You ain't allowed here!" One of the guards screamed at me.

I rolled my eyes in annoyance. This again. I didn't have time. Only 5 minutes were left.

"I work here." I said with pure disgust.

"Oh really. Lemme see your I.D."

I quickly kicked him in the nuts and ran around the floor. He clutched his thing in pain and fell down.

Turns out all the restricted floors only had few guards. Once you're in from the main guard they would assume that you're working there.

"In 19th floor." I typed in the message to Captain Yi.

No special room here either.

Unless. It was camouflaged.

I started knocking the walls to see if it was hollow.

Suddenly the wall near a wine case sounded hollow. Only one wine bottle was there. I removed that bottle and the wall opened up to reveal a security room with all the camera footage.

"You're late Chunky." Knox's altered voice echoed again.

"There's still 45 seconds left." I said as I ignored his voice and searched the room for another hidden room.

The clock in my timer ticked off before I could start searching. I groaned in defeat and fell to the ground.

"It's ok. You did great for one hour." He stood before me hauntingly out of nowhere.

"Gosh! I hate you!"

He suddenly kissed me on the lips and went in deeper.

"NYPD FREEZE!" Someone shouted from behind. It was Jules. A junior officer.

He quickly put his gun down in embarrassment as Knox tore apart from me with visible annoyance.

"Sorry Sarge. I didn't know you were making out here." He let a sly grin.

"Not now Jules. You don't have to rub it in my face!" I blasted at him and stormed off.

"I'm sorry. Did I seriously do something wrong?" He asked Knox.

Knox didn't even care to answer him and followed me to the elevator.

"WHAT DID I DO WRONG?" Jules cried. He was a typical teacher's pet. Obviously the poor guy cared too much about his seniors who could affect his promotions.

"You should definitely tell him he did nothing." Knox leaned in.

"Yeah no forget him." I assured as my face burnt red.

Both of us might be married but we were just friends. He didn't really have feelings towards me. We were just friendly rivals and we agreed to remain that way. So yes Jules might have spoiled the blossoming romance that I wished for.

"So....wanna do something else tonight?" Knox asked.

"Nah man. I'm tired of today. When will I ever win?" I slouched down.

"Aww. It don't get so sad. If you're not there to solve cases, heisting won't be interesting anymore." He produced a different bag out of nowhere with money literally spilling out of it.

"What.....what the......" I was too flabbergasted to speak. I still had chance to win!

I quickly scanned the elevator for security cameras.

"No security cameras." Knox laughed.

"I still have my handcuffs." My hands quickly dived into my dress seams.

"Oh, you mean this?" His other hand held handcuffs on his fingertips.

"Give that you little punk!" I tried to grab it from him but somehow in the ruffle it vanished.

"Stop it Voldemort! I need that to arrest you."

"But I won this time. Why should you arrest an innocent man? Police brutality?" He slammed me against the elevator wall with a hungry look in his eyes.

"This isn't fair Robin. You and your magic tricks." I snarled as I felt breathless.

"Everything is fair in love and war." His eyebrows cocked as he caressed my cheek.

Both of us immediately headed straight into french kissing each other competing who would go in deeper.

It was only minutes but surprisingly it felt like time stopped for good before-

"NYPD, FREEZE!"

I rolled my eyes for the millionth time today and tore away from Knox.

"The hell Swati? It's just Sarge making out." Fred put down his gun while Swati's face glowed red in embarrassment.

"Sorry." She whispered as she slowly put down her gun.

God, why?!

Well it was partially my fault since I was the one who called the squad.

Loud Gun shots, sirens and screams were being heard as the rest of the squad worked arresting the mafia.

I pulled Knox aside. "Wait. How did you know that man was the head of mafia?"

"You lost the bet even after cheating. I ain't saying anything. I'm an innocent man caught in the middle of things." He put his hands up as my eyes narrowed on him.

Well even if I did accuse him of anything he would somehow magically squeeze his way out.

I pulled his Armani shirt collars to pull him down my height. "Knox Judy. One day will come when I will win and put you in prison." I whispered in his ears.

"Put me in prison?" He laughed as he straightened himself up. "Darling, keep dreaming." He said hauntingly as he left.
