My eyes were heavy as I slowly came to. My head was pounding. It didn't help that all I heard was bickering.

"Phoenix, this is all your fault!"

"I know, I know, I'll apologize profusely when she wakes up"

"You better, cause if you hurt our mom-"

"Shush" I croaked. I heard shuffling and saw shadows looming over me.

"She's alive again!" The heavily accented German girl exclaimed.

"I wasn't dead. Just a little nap" I grumbled. Fully opening my eyes, seeing darkness outside the window, I looked around to see where I was. I was back at the base infirmary. There was Killjoy, Phoenix, and Jett all standing around staring. "I'm fine guys, really, is everyone else doing alright?"

"Yeah, all healed up. Skye helped you and us too" Phoenix said pointing back to a Skye putting away some supplies. She just waved and smiled before going back to whatever she was doing.

"How about Reyna, is she okay?"

"She's all good I'm pretty sure. She dropped you off here then left. I have no clue where she is now" Killjoy replied. I nodded my head to her comment. Reyna was acting all kinds of weird last few times I saw her. I wondered if she was ill, but my healing should've fixed that. Maybe I hallucinated all of that. There was a lot that happened.

"How long has it been since the mission?" I asked.

"Around 6 hours maybe. Not too long" Jett commented after looking at her watch. "We were honestly surprised you woke up so early. Oh! And I forgot to tell you, Brim wanted to have a meeting with you when you feel up to it"

"I'll take a quick nap then head straight to Brimstone. Do you guys mind relaying that to him for me please?"

"Of course we will, we'll leave you alone to rest then. Feel better Sage" Phoenix said with the others trailing behind him waving.

Waking up I feel as if I'm being blinded by Skye's hawk. My head throbbed slightly, and I swore that I saw Reyna in my blurry peripheral. I reached out wondering if I was dreaming or not.

"Why Mi amor, missing my touch already?" the familiar lustful voice echoed. That immediately made me lurch up, almost tipping off of the cot. "Woah, woah, take it easy. I was just messing with you" she said holding my shoulder ever so gently. I was focused too much on that light touch.

"Not funny Reyna" I said watching her hand move down my shoulder back to her lap. Everything she does... My head is messing with me. I might even have a concussion, I wouldn't even be surprised.

"Miss Sage, do you need anything?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you need anything? Water... Medicine... Orbs?"

"Oh-yes, could I have some water and pain medicine. My head is aching." I watched as Reyna stepped away. I need to focus on anything. It's morning, afternoon even, I definitely missed my meeting with Brimstone. I have to see him right away. I slid my legs over the side of the cot, about to stand up, but I realized a fatal mistake. My feet were caught in the sheets. I felt myself falling, waiting for impact, until it didn't happen. Instead, I was picked up like a baby and put back to the cot. She picked me up like I weighed nothing. I am just flustered.

"Sorry- I didn't realize my feet were caught on the bedsheets-and I need to go talk to Brimstone because he said he needed to see me yesterday-but I overslept and now it's what-- afternoon? I need to go see him now and explain all that happened on the mission so he know more info the next time we all go on a mission-and-"

"Sage, stop, drink this" I watched as Reyna grabbed a new water and some medicine to hand it right over to me. I didn't realize how thirsty I was until water touched my throat. It was the best feeling in the world. Reyna just sat there watching me.

"Is it your turn to watch me now?"

"No, I'm just bored and thought, why not watch an unconscious girl sleep until she wakes up?"

"Really?"

"No, I just have nothing better to do, and its quiet in here", Part of me almost felt disappointed. I really need to snap out of it and just get back to my normal schedule.

"I really should get going" I slid my feet out from under the covers, making sure not to get them tangled up this time. She didn't try and stop me, nor say anything. I don't know what I'm waiting for honestly. I was about to leave the room when she spoke,

"Ling, we should talk" oh no.

I make my way back, to a chair near her pulling it across from her.

"What's up?" Just act totally cool Ling.

"I know you are a smart girl with a good memory, and while I'd love to see you fumble all day..." Reyna tapped her foot. "I need to apologize"

"I never thought I'd see the day where you apologized over anything" I made myself chuckle. But stopped when I realized she was serious.

"Never mind" Reyna got up angrily. She walks fast. I caught up with her and grabbed her wrist. And as fast as I grabbed it, she pinned me against the wall even faster. "Mi Amor, you make me crazy" her voice aggressively whispers in my ear, sending shivers down my spine. My body acted without thinking. Taking my free hand I put it on her cheek, attempting to calm her down. She leaned into it as she loosened the pinning. She put one of her hands on top of mine on her cheek.

"Kiss me" is all I said before Zyanya immediately locked her lips with mine. I never realized kisses could hold so much meaning. Zyanya was very passionate and I could tell she did not want to stop. I couldn't agree any less. I've never even been this close with someone. I am feeling warm all over, like I could fall any second, which she would have me covered with one of her hands on my lower back. I wrapped both my arms around her neck, pulling her closer. Too scared this was going to end. Her mouth left mine for a second before she placed kisses on my neck, causing me to childishly giggle.

"Your laugh is intoxicating Ling" Reyna said with ragged breaths before her lips found mine once again. Her hands found mine and she held them above my head. Lacing our fingers together.

"Zyanya" I said between taking breathes.

"Yes," she answered parting from my lips to look at me.

"We should stop"

"We should... But do you want to stop?" Her forehead leant on mine.

"In a couple more minutes" Now it was her turn to laugh.

"You are a mysterious being Ling" Reyna stated before her lips found mine. She is in a way teaching me how to kiss. I'm not sure if its just me, but this is intoxicating. Her body is as close as she can get to mine. My tank top and leggings felt as if they weren't even there anymore. Even the thought of that made me fluster. Reyna's mouth moved from my lips to my neck, and this time I felt her sucking on my skin, making me make a noise I haven't made before. She did it over and over, making my skin very sensitive. She blew on my damp skin a few times causing me to shiver, which she found that humerus. Reyna pulled back a little, not to far. Just enough so we can see each other.

"What just happened?" My brain is still in a fritz. I can't think, my brain is too focused on her.

"Well Miss Sage, I devoured the most I could of you today"
