Reyna then took her turn on dragging me to the store she wanted to go to. I've never been in a lingerie shop at all. Even looking at the mannequins makes me flustered. Just try imagining shopping for sex outfits with other couples shopping for sex outfits. I only ever buy from online stores when it comes to undergarments. I own mostly sports bras, a couple basic bras, and one lacy one. I only own that lacy one because it was the only one that could come in on time for an event everyone had to go to, and I of course had to wear this plunging neckline dress that Jett chose out for me. To be fair, it came in handy last night.

I gave into the embarrassment and started to look around, so I could get out of here quicker. I quickly chose some lacy light purples, blues, and green lingerie to try on. Reyna somehow squirmed her way into the dressing room with me. I made her close her eyes while I changed. This whole process is just embarrassing. I'm trying on this light purple one first. It was very delicate floral corset with a matching thong.

"Am I allowed to look?" I felt a breath was over my neck making me shiver.

"Yes" I immediately watched Reynas eyes in the mirror flicker open and a smile spread on her lips.

"You are just stunning" I felt her hands snake around my waist, pulling me in very close. "I'm not sure if I can let you out of this dressing room" She kissed my neck.

"Reyna, not in public. Too many people" She sucked on my skin causing me to bite my lip.

"Let me have a quick kiss" her hands swiveled my waist around so I was now facing her. I leaned in for what I thought was a quick kiss. But it quickly got dragged out. We must've started to step back a little because next thing you know I step on the edge of the curtain door and start slipping. Oh no. And since my arms we around Reynas neck, she was coming down with me.

We both fell on our butts, heads peaking out of the curtain. We both went silent. She started the get off of me.

"Are you two okay?" A worker came over to ask.

"Oh yes, we're fine, she just slipped on the long curtain while I helped tie her up" Reyna responded, ever so formally. I don't know how she keeps her cool all the time, but it's unfair. I'm completely flustered and jumped up real quick. Reyna thanked the worker for checking up before closing the curtain again.

"That was so embarrassing! I can't believe that happened, while I'm wearing this!" I exclaimed quietly. I quickly changed out of this outfit and back into mine. Reyna was just laughing and watching this scene. Right before I was about to head out I remembered I forgot something. "Reyna, were you hurt at all?" I forgot to ask if I hurt her when I fell. I was completely distracted with that whole embarrassing situation.

"I'm fine Sage. I can handle any bruises you give me, don't you worry" she winked at me. I just rolled my eyes and healed her just in case.

"Let's go. I'm assuming the rest will fit" I dragged her out of the dressing room to go purchase the items. She paid for them before I could argue, then lead me out of the store.

"Can I have the garden salad with raspberry vinaigrette and this soup" I pointed toward the menu. The waitress wrote my order down.

"I'll just take the club sandwich and fries" Reyna spoke.

"Of course, I'll come out with your drinks and food shortly" the waitress said politely.

"Thank you" I passed her our menus. We decided to just eat at a small family diner in the mall. She wanted to take me out to a fancy place, but I was just feeling something simple.

"So what's the plan after this?" I rested my chin on my palm.

"Hmm. I'm good to do anything but heading back to the base. I could go another couple hours" I laughed at her response.

"How about we take a walk around the park after dinner?" I tried to make some eye contact with her, but she was eying something away from us. "Is something wrong?" Her eyes met mine.

"No, just thought I recognized someone" she sighed, "sorry, yes, the park sounds good" she looked uneasy.

"Who did you see?" I asked about to turn around but she grabbed my hand distracting me.

"No one you need to worry about"

"Reyna" I was starting to get frustrated. I noticed she pulled out her phone before responding to me. I don't think I've ever seen someone so quick to text. I just waited. I felt a buzz from my watch and looked at it. She sent me a text. Why? I'm right here.

Brimstone and I have been searching for this person for a little bit now. She has been following us this entire day.

I was not expecting that. I'm usually notified quickly about most active cases. I shot her over a quick text back.

I'll need more explanation later. For now we need to get through dinner, don't give any signs you notice her. Relax.

I watched as she went from tense to slightly at ease. If this person knew she was onto them, we'd have a lot more issues. I have my ghost on me, but I cannot promise that Reyna has anything on her. I have a couple guns in my trunk. But I'm not sure if this person will come at us if we somehow get to my car.

"Here's your drinks and the food will be out soon" the waitress startled us both. We both thanked her. Reyna was very silent. So I kicked her slightly under the booth.

"What was that for?"

"You look so serious, lighten up" I took my straw wrapper, ripped one end, then blew into it making the wrapper shoot right to her nose. I laughed as she just shook her head.

"You are a 32 year old kid" that made me chuckle.

"Nothing wrong with having a little fun, Miss. Adult" I took a long sip of my drink trying to hold back a smile.

"If you weren't so cute I think I might've fought you"

"You should. We should train against each other sometime. I could use more training against duelists"

"Sage I wouldn't want you to lose" this made me laugh once again.

"Try me tomorrow I'll kick your nice butt"

"Mmhm, sure" We must've made our waitress nervous because she brought out our food and didn't say anything. "Look Sage, you scared the poor thing"

"No, I'm afraid that was you" our conversation was left at that so we could focus on our food.
