Chapter 21

A/N: Hey guys! Sorry I posted todays chapter late, I have been sick and had a really sore throat all day, not covid (I hope). You are looking very cool today, and lets get on with the chapter!

Tao's POV

M-21 and I were sitting in our room when suddenly the door opened, we looked up expecting to see Takeo or someone walk in, but nobody did and the door shut. That made both mine and M-21's guards go up, but next minute we heard Takeo's voice talking to us as if he was in the room with us.

"Guys! You wouldn't guess it but y/n is really good at shooting, almost as good if not better than me!" Takeo's excited voice explained.

"What's happening?" M-21 asked me, confused about what was going on, just like me.

"I don't know" I replied to M-21 truthfully, just as confused about the situation as he is.

"What are you two whispering about?" Takeo's voice asked. It sounded as if it was getting closer so I threw my wire out and M-21 grew his nails and showed his teeth at the voice of our comrade.

"What are you guys do-" The voice got cut off as my wire hit nothing and M-21 couldn't sense or smell anyone in the room.

"Why did you attack me? And why did the wires pass through me? Guys what's going on?!" Takeo's voice asked, getting more frantic and confused, but also betrayed.

"Is that you, Takeo?" I asked the voice.

"Of course it is, who else would it be?" Takeo replied.

"Where are you?" M-21 asked suspiciously.

"Right in front of you, are you guys pranking me because it isn't the time, we need to talk about y/n and her skills." Takeo responded, getting impatient.

"There is no one else in the room except me and M-21" I said, hoping for a truthful answer out of the voice. Something touched me and I swung but I hit nothing except for air.

"Why aren't your attacks hurting me?" Takeo asked in a nervous voice.

"What's happening?!" M-21 shouted, not liking someone pretending to be his comrade. That shout alerted everyone in the house and they all came running in the room, wondering what made M-21 shout like that, he doesn't normally shout like that unless something is wrong. We watched as people poured in and Frankenstein asked us what we were yelling about.

"What is going on here?" He asked, mad about getting interrupted with whatever he was doing.

"This person is saying they're Takeo, but Takeo is downstairs," M-21 said, mad.

"There is nobody strange in this room," Seira said.

"They're invisible" I said, explaining that we weren't insane... yet.

"Takeo!" We heard y/n shout, we all looked around but we couldn't see or sense her, not even Boss or Sir Raizel.

"What's going on?" she asked confused, everyone looked around, making sure that we didn't miss her but she was nowhere to be seen.

"I don't know y/n" Takeo's voice said, suddenly Regis jumped as if he had been touched by surprise.

"Are you alright Regis?" I asked, making sure that he was okay.

"Something touched me, but nothing is here to touch me" He responded, this happened a couple other times with others talking or complaining about being touched.

"Who is touching us?!?!" Rael shouted, mad from getting touched by nothing. We heard a whimper and it sounded like it was y/n who is still terrified of Rael. Suddenly we all felt a gust of wind as Boss moved slightly, with a confused look on his face as if something was on him.
