A/N: Hey guys! Today I managed to posted kinda on time, so yay me! At the moment I am continuing to write the story on my doc, so there shouldn't be too long of a pause before more of my updates. That's it, now onto the chapter!
-Timeskip- (Still Tao's POV)
It was now about midnight and everyone was still us watching movies except for y/n, she was fast asleep resting her head on M-21's lap because he was sitting on the couch and she was laying on Seira and Rajak's laps. Everyone heard soft snores coming from the tiny girl and we all looked over as she began to shift, attempting to get comfortable. Takeo stood up and said that he would take y/n up and put her in her bed so she could sleep comfortably. M-21 and I got up when Takeo picked her up bridal style and we all walked to her room, Takeo put her in bed and we all hopped on, cuddling up to y/n as we all fell asleep quickly. I realised that Frankenstein would probably want answers tomorrow, it is going to be a long day tomorrow.
Y/N's POV
I woke up with a weight on me, I looked over to see Tao, Takeo, and M-21 laying around me, all having their arms on me. I smiled at them and moved the loose hair out of Takeo's face before I carefully got up, making sure not to wake them. Once I managed to get up I walked to the kitchen and began making some breakfast. I made some bacon, eggs, and toast. I also grabbed some orange juice, made some coffee and made some tea so that nobody would miss out and they would all get something that they liked. As I finished setting everything up and putting it all on the table people started to come out, I greeted them and they greeted back, I smiled as their eyes widened at what I had made for breakfast. They looked over at me and gave me a huge smile as thanks for making breakfast for them and cleaning up after myself.
I was about to leave but I ended up running into Frankenstein, he looked down at me and I smiled back before realising what had happened the day before and my heart rate went through the roof. He must be looking for me to ask me about what happened yesterday, and I don't want to tell him completely what I went through yet. He must have noticed the look of panic that came over my face as he asked me what was wrong.
"Nothings wrong," I said in a shaky voice, totally believable.
"Are you sure, you look and sound nervous?" He questioned me again.
"Yes! I'm sure!" I said quickly before putting my head down and trying to walk around him to go back to my room only to walk into Raizel.
"Master" Frankenstein said as he placed his hand over his heart and bowed. Raizel didn't reply and instead he looked down at me and grabbed my hand, leading me away from my room into another room that looked like a study, I had never been in here before. Raizel led me over to a couch and I sat down, he sat down on the other side of me and closed his eyes. I sent him a questioning glance as he didn't move or speak. I was about to speak up but before I could I got interrupted by the door opening. I look back only to see Frankenstein closing the door, but he didn't lock so I could still leave. Frankenstein walks over and sits next to Raizel before he begins his questions after receiving a nod from Raizel.
"Are you a mermaid?" Frankenstein questioned first.
"No, I believe it was from one of my previous experiments" I respond truthfully, I am guessing I am going to be doing that quite often this afternoon.
"Is there anything that comes with the mermaid tail?" He asks.
"I can breathe underwater, swim fast, cry pearls, and heal much faster than I normally do, it's almost instant." I answered him. He nods his head and asks if there was anything else that I wanted to tell him, but I remained quiet as I thought.
"It's okay if you don-" Frankenstein started but I cut him off.
"I can turn into a cat, I don't think I can be mind controlled as I have pretty good mental skills, I always aced the mental exams. And I heal pretty fast on my own, but not as fast as my mermaid form, although my healing is quite slow when I am around people." I replied, telling him everything that I knew that I didn't think he knew. He nodded his head and began to think, but as he was silent for such a long time it allowed my thoughts to run rampant and made me start to shake, I had just spilled the secrets that he didn't know already. What if it threw him over the edge to just get rid of me? I don't want to go back!
As I was freaking out about what Frankenstein would do about me I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around me as I flinched at the sudden contact. I began shaking more as I couldn't see who was hugging me, I still couldn't see anything. It was getting worse because I still didn't know who was sitting next to me, my breathing started getting faster until I heard a cool, smooth, and calm voice talk to me.
"Calm down y/n, you're alright, you're safe, nothing is going to happen." The calm voice said I began to relax, 'I wonder who it is?' I think to myself with my eyes closed, calming myself down.
"Take a nap, I will stay by your side and protect you, Frankenstein and I will be here when you wake up." The voice said and I recognised who it was, 'It was Raizel' was my last thought as darkness began to wash over me. It was peaceful as I moved to lay down and rest my head on a pillow as a hand rubbed my head in a patting motion, it was then that I fully welcomed the relaxing darkness with open arms.
Raizel's POV
As y/n was getting asked questions by Frankenstein I saw her getting more nervous each second, and it only got worse when Frankenstein paused to think about and process what he had just heard. I watched as she was shaking in her seat and it increased as time went by. Frankenstein was still thinking so I decided to take action and step in as I embraced her in a hug. She flinched as I touched her and her shaking got worse so I started speaking in an attempt to calm her down. Once she heard me she began to calm down a little bit but she was still shaking so I continued, I told her to take a nap and she yawned before standing up and laying down placing her head in my lap as I began to pet her head. I looked up to see Frankenstein watch in shock as she fell asleep on me.
No One's POV
When y/n woke up, she didn't recognise the ceiling as her own and immediately sat up, looking around. As she searched she saw Raizel sitting down close to where she had been before, and when she looked around more she noticed Frankenstein was there too. Both Raizel and Frankenstein looked at y/n as a bright blush rose to her cheeks when she recalled the previous afternoon. Thinking of that, it reminded her to look outside only to see it getting dark as the sun slowly seems to be setting, just how long had they both been sitting there, waiting for her to wake up?
"What time is it?" Y/n asked no one in particular.
"5:45pm" Frankenstein replied as he got up to prepare some tea for his master. At that moment y/n felt completely guilty for making them wait for her, they wasted a full day sitting around. Y/n began to bow down repeatedly as she apologised though only Raizel was in the room to witness it. He held his hand up and she immediately stopped, assuming that she had done something wrong or that she annoyed him. She started crying as she got pulled into a tough chest, Raizel tried to get her to stop crying and she did as Frankenstein walked in holding the tea for Raizel. After Raizel had enjoyed his tea they all got up and made their way outside as they ordered take-out for dinner.
Everything soon went back to normal, or at least as normal as it could get, and y/n still had no clue that anyone has powers except for Frankenstein and Raizel, mainly for 3 facts, 1) They hardly sleep, 2) They saw her when she was invisible, 3) Raizel made her sleep on command when she was tired and had her guard down. Other than that, she had absolutely no clue what the others were and what they were capable of, but how long would that last...
