The five boys sat in the dining area, all eating their meals. Charlie felt, uncomfy with the silence overtaking the dining area. He missed Sorin. He didn't want Sorin to go with that guy. Ever since Sorin talked about that guy when he was 10, he knew he was okay, now that Sorin found someone who he could finally play with him other than Charlie.
But when he heard that Silas died the same night as his mother, it felt as if Sorin's whole life went downhill. It made him even more mad when he lied about his death. I mean, Sorin waited for him. But he never came.
The threatening silence was interrupted when the door rang. Hayden got up and went to the front door. As he opened the door, his face was plastered with immediate disgust and anger.
"Father." He scowled at the older man. His gaze was piercing at Hayden's eyes. "Could you let me in?" He asked him, making Hayden scoff. "Give us your reason for being here."
"I heard Sorin was kidnapped." Carlos said, his voice lightly breaking. Hayden was shocked. He never heard his father's voice break or crack whatsoever. "I don't want Mateo to have his hands on that boy so... So please..." Carlos' eyes welled up with tears, causing Hayden to widen his eyes. "Please, let me help you get him back... I-I was fucking harsh to Sorin just because of something he didn't do. So, if you could allow me to help... I'll do so. He's suffered enough..." He begged him.
"Hayden, what's taking so long?" Ares called out as he made his way to Hayden, who stopped as he saw his father, his eyes filled with tears. Carlos looked down as he allowed the tears to fall down. "Please Hayden... I wanna be a better father for you, Derek, Ares and Damien. Especially Sorin... I wanna make up for all those years of my bad actions and for neglecting all of you..." Carlos said, his voice in pain and sadness.
Hayden sighed before gesturing Carlos to come in. Carlos sat on the couch, wiping his tears as he sniffled lightly. The other 3 came in the living room, their eyes set on Carlos. "Speak." Derek growled as he stared at him. "Retrieving him won't be easy with just the 5 of us. I bought 3 of my best men for combat and 5 of my men to protect Charlie as he stays home." Carlos looked at Charlie who stiffened as he sat on the couch. "Are you going to be okay with my men being here, guarding you until we come home with Sorin..?" He asked Charlie, who nodded.
"So, here's the plan..."

NOW IN SILAS'S MANSION.

orin walked out of Silas' room, leaving Silas all alone as he slept. He was about to find his "dad" until someone harshly grabbed his wrist, pinning him on the wall. "Well, well, well. Look who we have here." His dad smirked down at Sorin, who gasped, his eyes widening but stopped as he pushed him back.
Mateo raised a brow, his smirk still in place as he looked at Sorin with amusement. "Why did you have to kill my mother..?" He glared at Mateo, who laughed. "Because she was in the way."
Sorin bit his lip harshly as he looked at the merciless man. "Now come on, Sorin... Don't be so rude to your old man. You do know I love you, right..?" He grinned evilly before placing two hands on his hips, slowly pulling him close.
Sorin tried to push Mateo away but, his effort was for nothing. It was until Mateo roughly pinned Sorin on the wall with no effort, his free hand about to undress him. He whined under his breath before deciding it was enough. He kicked Mateo's knee, causing him to yell in pain. He stumbled back, his eyes filled with fury. "You fucking bitch." He growled before taking out his gun, pointing it to Sorin who widened his eyes.
"Will this be the end of me?" "Will I die now?" "Will I die without saying good bye to Sorin and the others..?"
Before Mateo could pull the trigger, his leg was shot. But that didn't mean he didn't pull the trigger. Sorin's eyes widened, blood spreading out from the area that was shot on his stomach.
"Hah, guess this is really the end of me..." He whispered before passing out.
