Author's note.
Dear reader. The story you are about to read began when I contemplated a thought in my heart. Jesus was a storyTeller and that was why he preached a lot with parables to give a deeper understanding to what he wanted people to understand. I am also a storyteller and that's why you are about to read one of my favorite topics as a story to better illustrate a point. What you are about to read might not be conventional for you but I implore you to stick with me till the end. Happy reading.

CHAPTER 1.
Have you ever had a dream where you met someone that you did not know in real life but you realize that you know all about that person in that Dream?
That was how I felt when I entered my doctor's office for our scheduled appointment and saw another person occupying my doctor's seat.
My eyes slowly scanned the whole office, when I realized that my doctor, Mr. Ebenezer Chibuzo was nowhere to be found, it was just me and the mysterious doctor.
And immediately I got that knowledge that it was just the two of us, I gasped and drew back sharply, until my rear was completely against the door. If I had not closed the door immediately I entered as I usually did each time I came for my appointment with my doctor, I might have run out of the office, I mean literally run.
I was sure I had never met this person in real life, but just like in some of my dreams, I knew him. I knew his name. There were goosebumps all over my body and it made me shiver.
Regardless of what I knew about him, I looked at his name tag on his doctor's clothes, and the name confirmed it. The badge read, Doctor Jesus Christ.
----
Wo, my bad for being too fast, let me backpedal a little.
My name is Renee enyioma, I am a twenty-three year old Nigerian.
You might be asking why my first name is French since I'm from Nigeria, a country that was colonized by an English-speaking country, Britain.
The answer is that I'm a dual citizen. I have two passports, one is Nigerian and the other French.
I was born in Paris, France when my dad was the Nigerian ambassador to France.
My parents loved a lot of things about France and their way of life and that was why they decided to give me a French name.
I am currently engaged to Enrique Garcia's Rodríguez, he is a twenty-four year old hispanic.
Enrique and I go way back. Our families connected when his dad was the Mexican ambassador to France the same time my dad was the Nigerian ambassador to France, and we had been friends since childhood.
My parents returned to Nigeria after their diplomatic service, and I joined them after I graduated from college.
Enrique and I attended the same high school and college, and we realized that we were in love in our sophomore year. I graduated at the age of twenty-one and he at twenty-two. Last year we decided to take our relationship to the next level when my fiance surprised me with a gleaming diamond ring and a marriage proposal.
The prospect of getting married to Enrique actually made me excited because I wasn't just getting married to the man I loved, I was also getting married to my friend, my childhood friend.
