Chapter fourteen- Trust issues

(Cassy): I will get you out of here Ascari! The others will find us soon! Elijah looks at me as if I have gone mad. I knew there was something off about him. I didnt listen to my gut! To think that it was telling me the truth the entire time! I am just trying to stop freaking out and think of a plan. I dont even know where I am right now. I dont have any cell phone on me right now or anything to contact the others. I have noticed that Elijah has not healed from the virus yet. Maybe the Green Dragon members refused to treat him until he kills me. (Cassy): They have not healed you Elijah. The virus will kill you if you dont get help The scales on his arms are getting worse. I am being serious right now. I still believe that there is a chance to get him out of this organisation. (Elijah): My death means nothing to you How could he think that? I think I still feel something for him. (Cassy): How could you say that? You are a special person to me His face softens and he looks down. (Elijah): Not for weeks now. You have changed immensely. You dont look at me the same way I do not understand. (Cassy): What? How can you say that? (Elijah): Our trainer, Jason, he has gotten under your skin. Anyone could have seen that Thats so absurd! Its not true... I think. (Cassy): No he hasnt (Elijah): Oh come on Cassy! You have been a bit distracted this entire mission. I thought that the dinner would have changed your sense of heart but no (Cassy): I dont understand Elijah (Elijah): You are falling for that Alpha Hybrid and its out of my control. So my death would be nothing to you Maybe he is right. Maybe I am falling for him. But everything has been moving so fast that I havent really noticed. Then I have another flashback and we are training for battle. *Flashback* (Jason): Are you ready for your last training session? (Cassy): Always He and I start battling. I stab his chest with my claws and he bites my arm. I fly and kick his neck but he counterattacks by using the repelling spell to push me into the air. I fly back and push him down onto the floor. He flies up and forces me to the wall. We are a few inches from each others faces and for a moment we stare into each others eyes and we are so out of breath. I look at his lips but I hesitate to do anything. (Cassy): Thanks for training (Jason): Yes. Good job Cassy I walk out of the room with a towel around my neck, now that was really weird. Maybe Elijah is right. There has been tension between Jason and me. We are just very good at battle thats all. (Cassy): Elijah dont say that! (Elijah): It doesnt matter anyway. I am going to kill you since you will not reveal your Grandfathers secrets *BANG* the wall explodes and there is Luke standing with a frowning face. Junaid is standing with a bazooka in his hands and Gabby is holding two missile rifles. I have missed these guys so much! (Luke): I wanted the bazooka! (Gabrielle): Here! Have a rifle! (Luke): Okay! I have forgotten how quirky they can be sometimes. They inject everyone with a knock out venom and spray gas everywhere so they will not be able to get out. Then they untie Ascari and me. Next thing we know, we are in the van on the way to the next safe house. Luke has been rambling on about the rescue plan for hours. (Luke): And then, I said to Gabby that I want the bazooka but then she gave it to Junaid because apparently its very irresponsible to use it on a traffic light because it was taking too long to change colour! But the plan went perfectly! As soon as we get to the safe house, I phone the Headmistress. (Cassy): Hello maam! We have made amazing progress with the mission! We are very close to finding out who the main boss is and we have already met the right-hand man (HEADMISTRESS): That is fantastic news! Who is the right-hand man? I ask the fam if I should tell her. They say that it is best not to because she could be behind this too. (Cassy): We saw him in a mask last night but we think that we have a lead Maam (HEADMISTRESS): Oh okay. Call me if anything changes! Good luck to you all! (Cassy): Oh and maam there is one other thing (HEADMISTRESS): Yes Cassy? (Cassy): Well, a very close friend of mine was invited to the academy but was not able to make it because of family matters. He was kidnapped and we just ran tests on him to make sure he is okay and we wanted to know if he still has permission to join the academy maam (HEADMISTRESS): Why of course! Welcome to the academy Antonio! (Ascari): Its Ascari, maam (HEADMISTRESS): My sincerest apologies Ascari. Good luck with the mission you all! We are very proud of your success thus far, good bye (Everybody): Good bye maam! Well that was really sweet of her to allow Ascari to join the academy. I think he will love it here. Junaid them are all catching up in the boys room and Gabby is sitting on the couch waiting for me because she is probably wanting to speak to me about Elijah. (Cassy): And that look of pitifulness? It better not be for me (Gabrielle): Sis, you liked Elijah doesnt it hurt to know that he is a part of the people who destroyed your heart? (Cassy): No it doesnt. I have learned my lesson the hard way and I will not ignore any signs anymore. But we have to focus on more important matters (Gabrielle): You mean Finding Elijah to get to the main boss? (Cassy): Yes, I think I know who the main boss is though (Gabrielle): WHO? (Cassy): There was a voice that chased me through a house when we were doing the Court of Fear remember? (Gabrielle): How could I ever forget? It was damn creepy (Cassy): Yeah well that voice is the main boss. He was speaking to Elijah (Gabrielle): You dont think it is- (Cassy): Yes, Elijahs father Now lets go find this bastard. I walk over to the computer and I start my research. I want to find out every detail about Elijah. His father will be undetected and very well protected so even though we have a name. We cannot get to him directly at the moment. The fam gets together and we all start discussing how we are going to get to Elijah in order to bring his father out of hiding. (Ascari): I found the next event guys! I am so glad that Ascari is here. The family is together and stronger than ever. (Gabrielle): What have you got brother? (Ascari): Well, they are having another party to celebrate the anniversary of their owner and the Owners new wife (Cassy): Thats right! Elijahs mother ran away a long time ago. His father must have remarried a few centuries ago (Junaid): But this party is going to be high-class. Higher than the Ether Estate party was. We are going to have to be extra careful and triple-check on our every move (Cassy): Luke, you know what to do Everybody is packing up and getting ready to move. I hear my phone ring and I step outside to take it. (Cassy): Hello? (Jason): Hey, how is the mission going? You get your ass kicked yet? Its him! (Cassy): No but I actually got kidnapped (Jason): WHAT!? Are you okay? What did they do to you? Do you need help? (Cassy): NO haha. I am just fine. The fam is stronger than you might think male best of the best (Jason): I thought that you were the only best of the best? (Cassy): Yes well sometimes Queens need a little more strength than they already have in order to accomplish the impossible (Jason): Not bad. So, you will be back soon? (Cassy): We are not 100% sure about a date but soon sounds about right. Why? (Jason): Oh, no reason. Have fun kicking ass, Cassy (Cassy): I shall! I walk back inside to the fam and I get the feeling that Gabby was eavesdropping. (Gabrielle): He misses you Yep! She was being a sneaky little eavesdropper! When is she not haha. She has been like this since year eight. (Cassy): What makes you think that? (Gabrielle): He called you. He wanted to see how you are doing. He asked when you would be back. HE MISSES YOU (Cassy): Okay. Thats just what youre insinuating (Gabrielle): SIS (Cassy): I know We get into the van and we drive to the safe house close to the party place. Luke is getting the identities in order. Junaid is typing the address down. Gabby is organising delivery for our clothes to the next house. Ascari is working out how intense the security system is at Elijahs party location. Lets start the fun. I am bursting at the fangs to make these people pay for what they did to my family.
