Chapter eleven- Challenge accepted

*A month and two weeks later*

Training was amazing! I can hardly feel the pain anymore. Elijah has been so full of happiness and strength. I am so proud of him. I have been treating his blood for weeks until we find this cure. Our last session will be in the Court of Fear. It challenges you to overcome a deep, dark fear of yours and whether you survive or not depends on you. Its my turn now so I walk into the centre of the room and the spell activates and I am standing in a house. Its dark, filthy and oddly quiet I walk around and this house seems familiar for some reason. I feel like someone is watching me from somewhere and I feel so annoyed because I want to murder whoever that is. I search the house in anger. (Cassy):HEY! Where are you! I can smell your foul odour you moron! Pathetic hybrid Crap! A hybrid! It cant be is it? (Voice): You have no idea how long I have been waiting for this moment Now I am more infuriated than before. I start to burn up in flames and I fly through the house. Searching for this bastard. I fly through the walls and explode the walls to find this person hiding from me. (Cassy): Show yourself you idiot! (Voice): I am no idiot. You are for falling for my son Where is he hiding? There he is! Oh no, the Headmistress slaughtered to pieces all over the carpet. (Voice): This is only the beginning. He sprints towards me and I explode in flames. He tries to attack me again. I slit his throat and he bleeds but he continues to attack. I burn his hands and watch them turn to ash. He tries to pin me down but I twist around and spell his body into slices like Jason taught me two weeks ago. He seems to try to get me again but now I do my most fatal attack ever. I cover my body in poisoned fire, flames of all sorts and ice of all kinds. Hovering around my body and they all rip him to even smaller shreds and he evaporates. Hes dead. I win. The session is over and the fam are all in shock. They got to watch and they cant say any words at all. I cant help but burst out of laughter. (Cassy): Whats going on? Why are you guys silent all of a sudden? (Gabrielle): Impressive (Luke): It looked like something out of a horror movie (Junaid): A freaking awesome horror movie! I have never seen you in action like that before Cassy! (Elijah): Not bad, love. You have really learnt a lot over the past few weeks (Cassy): Why thank you everyone! Lana calls everyone into the main hall to discuss our progress. The headmistress is there as well. This must be really important, I guess. Jason, Enrico and Lana are standing beside her. (HEADMISTRESS): Good day everybody. I have to say that I am really impressed with the outstanding progress you have all made in this short period of time. You have trained over twelve hours a day and I am truly proud of each and every one of you standing here before me. You have gone through blood, sweat, breaking bones and draining yourselves just to make it to where you are today. I am happy to say that you have made it and you are prepared for the worst. Good luck with the main mission at hand. You will be given the necessary tools and weapons to help you find the Green Dragon organisation and I have every confidence in you all. Safe trip and make those suckers pay I wanted to cry when she was speaking. This has been an impeccable journey to be honest. I hardly broke any bones at all. Wish I could say the same about Jason, he could not keep up with me Okay he was equally strong, whatever! The Headmistress dismisses us and we all go to our suites. I lay on my bed after a very long day. I drink at least fourteen of my special mint snacks until I hear a knock at the door. It is Elijah, what does he want at this time of the night? I walk to the door and open it, he is standing with black roses and a card. I am confused. (Elijah): I know this looks a bit Uhm extreme. But I wanted to invite you to a dinner tonight? Just you and me? Sure why not. I am not doing anything right now and I could use some conversation. The fam is all asleep since theyre exhausted. Elijah takes me to a beautiful, fancy restaurant. This place has to be expensive. It gives you the you cannot afford this feeling as soon as you enter. Or maybe its just me. The menu is so impeccable that I blink three times just to make sure that its not a fantasy. (Elijah): Dont sweat it hun. I am paying tonight (Cassy): Youre too kind (Elijah): Hey, I do not mind paying the bill. We are celebrating (Cassy): Is that so? (Elijah): Why yes, and I wanted to spoil you. *to the waitron* Yes, a blood infused champagne please, make it quick. Thanks Well the man knows his blood infused beverages. Our drinks arrive in no time. Elijah lifts his glass. (Elijah): To the mission. To our victory. To us! Us? Is he admitting that he likes me? I have no idea. (Cassy): Cheers! I drink all of the champagne in one go. We talk more about the mission and after a while I look at the time. Damn it! It is already Midnight! (Cassy): Elijah, I have enjoyed this dinner. It was wonderful. But we have to go to bed. We are supposed to leave at 7 am for the new location where we will be stationed temporarily in a safe house during the mission (Elijah): Yes! Right! I forgot, I guess time flies by when you are having fun hey. We get to the suites and I pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow.
