Cuddle buddy

~Rodricks POV~

I woke up to the Y/n and the smell of food. I look at her only to see her face buried in my chest and her legs wrapped around me. "Aw I love my baby girl" I say to myself. Every time we have a sleepover waking up next to Y/n is the best part of my morning. Very carefully I got out of the bed and walk over to the side where she's sleeping.

"Good morning princess"
"Cmon beautiful! It's time to wake up!" I say to her whispering.

Soon enough Y/n wakes up looks at me then looks around the room slightly confused.

~Your POV~
I wake up to this voice whispering above me
"Good morning princess"
"Cmon beautiful! It's time to wake up!"

When I opened my eyes all I saw was Rodrick on top of me. I was slightly confused as to where I was so I started to look around the room to figure out where I am.

"Rodrick where am I?" I say as I'm sitting up on the bed

"Your in my room silly girl. You slept over last night remember?" Rodrick says laughing and rubbing my shoulder.

It took me a minute to remember what happened last night.

"Last night we played a bit of the ukulele and we cuddled until we fell asleep right?" I asked

"Yay you remember! Cmon baby girl let's go get breakfast!" Rodrick says pulling me out of bed by the hand.

When we got downstairs and went to the kitchen we saw Rodricks family sitting at the table eating their food.

"Oh good morning you two! How was your sleep?" Susan asks us as we went to the kitchen to get our food.

"I slept good!" I said to Susan

"Oh okay great what about you Rodrick?" Susan asked

"I slept good too!" Rodrick said to Susan

~FF to when breakfast was finished and everyone is now in the living room~

"Hey Y/n" frank says

"Yea?" I said to him

"Can I show you my battle diorama?" He asked me

"Um yea sure" I said as I'm getting up to go to the basement

Frank led me to the basement and turned on the lights so I can see the diorama.

"So what do you think?" Frank said

"Dang! This is really cool!" I said to him

Really I've never been interested in civil war stuff but I will never actually say that to him so every time he want to show me I always go see it.

"Really you think so?" Frank asks

"Yea totally! It's really cool that you made all of this!"' I tell him

"Thanks Y/n!" Frank says excitedly

"Of course!" I said to him as I'm walking up the stairs

I decided to text my mom to see if I can spend majority of the day at the heffley house and she said of course! So far me and Rodricks plans are to just hang out at his house.

"Hey babe" Rodrick asks

"Yea?" I said as I'm putting my phone down

"Wanna go work on a new song?" Rodrick asks getting up from the couch

"Yea sure let's go" I said also getting up from the couch

We got to the garage and I grabbed the note pad we use when we're writing songs and I grabbed two pencils
