After me and my mom had dinner (my dad is out of town for the week) I helped her clean and she went to go do her own thing and I went to the living room to text Rodrick to see if he wanted to FaceTime.
Me: Hey wanna ft?
Drummer boy ❤️: Yea sure
I FaceTimed Rodrick and he answered right away
Me: heyyyy
Rodrick: Hey what's up
Me: I just ate you?
Rodrick: My moms making dinner
Me: Oh okay nice
Rodrick: Hey so there's these new drums that are really cool. Remember I told you about them a few months ago?
Me: Oh yea I remember
Rodrick: Well there on sale now and I really want them
Me: Well your birthday is in a week maybe just maybe someone can get them for you
Rodrick: Really!
Me: Of course!
(In the background) Rodrick dinners ready!
Rodrick: Sorry babe I got to go eat
Me: Oh okay yea go eat
Rodrick: Bye love you
Me: Bye love you too
About an hour later I texted Rodrick to ask for the link to the drums he wants.
Me: hey can I have the link for the drums you were telling me about?

I never told Rodrick how much money I have in my savings account he's always knew that I have the account I just never told him how much money I have in the account. Also my mom would teach me lessons about money at a young age so I know how to save money and spend it wisely that's how I'm able to buy the drums right now.
~FF a week later 1 day before Rodrick's birthday~
I placed a order on the drums that Rodrick wants a few days ago so today I need to go get them. Because I love Rodrick I am willing to drive an hour and a half to go get some drums. I know that I'm going to be really bored driving there so I decided to call Ben to see if he wanted to come with me. (Me and Ben are actually good friends) Also I need a licensed driver to be in the car with me.
Me: Hey Ben so I got Rodrick some new drums for his birthday and I have to drive more than an hour to go get them so I was wondering if you wanted to come get them with me
Ben: Yea sure when right now
Me: Yea I'll drive to your house right now
Ben: Okay cool
Both: Bye
After like 10 minutes I got to Bens house and he was in the front so he quickly got in to the car.
"Hey" I said as Ben got in
"Hey thanks for letting me come" he said putting in seatbelt on
"Yea anytime!" I said
The car ride was with us laughing at some jokes and on our way back from the drive I got a call from Rodrick.
~my phone goes off~
"Hey can you see who's calling?" I asked Ben
"Yea sure" Ben says as he gets my phone from my bag
"It's Rodrick" Ben tells me
"Can you answer and put in on speaker?" I asked Ben
"Yea sure" Ben said
Me: Hey
Rodrick: Hey babe wanna hang
Me: Um I'm actually driving right now sorry
Rodrick Oh okay I'll just hang out with Ben then
Me: Me and Ben are in the car together your on speaker
Rodrick: Oh okay hey Ben
Ben: Hey Rodrick
Rodrick: Why didn't you ask me to come with you guys
Me: Because we went to go get something for your birthday and I need someone to drive with me remember
Rodrick: Oh okay yea alright
Rodrick: Okay I'll see you when you get home
Me: Okay bye babe love you
Ben: Bye brother
Rodrick: Bye Ben Bye babe love you too
There was only about 10 minutes left of the drive so we were both trying to make small take about random things.
~FF to when me and Ben get to my house~
"Ok so let me park first so we can both get the box and we're going to bring it to my room okay?" I asked Ben
"Yea sure" Ben said
After we both struggled to get the box to my room we finally did it so I thanked Ben for helping me and he got picked up to go home. After I decided to FaceTime Rodrick so see how he's doing and stuff after that I ate my dinner watched Netflix and fell asleep.
