We're all standing in Studio 1, watching Emily and West. They're sitting in the office, discussing who gets the featured duet. We've all performed and I think me and Henry's went really well but everyone's a good dancer so I don't know. I thought it might be awkward, since I bailed on the double date but he didn't say anything and it was actually great. Henry's so funny, and an amazing person and it's getting harder to deny the fact that I might have feelings for him.

Finally, finally, Emily and West come out of their office. West smiles at us but Emily remains as professional as ever. "Ok dancers, so we've decided on the featured duet." "It was a really difficult choice, all the duets were incredible but we could only pick one" West smiles. "Hmmm" Emily says, in a tone that suggests she does not agree at all. "Well, anyway, the featured duet is going to..." she pauses for dramatic effect and West starts a drumroll. I'm really nervous, the featured duet would mean a lot to me and spending more time with Henry would be really nice. Her eyes rest on me briefly, before opening her mouth. "... Amy and Henry!" I squeal with excitement as Henry hugs me. I breathe in his scent for a second before he pulls away and Piper congratulates me. "Well done" she smiles. It reaches her eyes and I do truly believe our friendship is getting better, even if it'll never go back to where it was. "Thanks" I smile back. "Your duet was really good, too." "Yeah, well I wasn't going to win dancing with Noah" she rolls her eyes. I think she genuinely hates him, or at least what he's doing. She can't stand cheating because of everything that happened with James and Riley.

"Ok, dancers." Emily's voice silences our chatter and we all turn to face her. "Great work today, you can all go home and rest. Amy and Henry, you need to book extra rehearsal time for your duet tomorrow." "Bye everyone" West grins, friendly as ever, as they both go back into the office. I turn to face Henry, who's standing next to me. "Juice?" he smiles. "Sure" I nod.

We make our way down to Neutral Grounds and order, laughing and chatting like normal. We finally sit down with our juices, raspberry for me and banana passion for Henry. I think it's disgusting but he loves it and I don't really care enough to judge. We sit in silence, slurping our juices. It's comfortable, but I can tell Henry has something on his mind. Eventually, he starts to speak. "Sorry about the double date idea. It was stupid, and I'm sorry if it made you uncomfortable." "Oh. It's fine. I mean, I'm sorry for bailing. I just thought it was a bit weird." I stumble over my words a bit, I wasn't expecting an apology and I think the only one who needed one was him. "Ok" he nods. I can tell he's not done, just contemplating what to say next. He takes a breath, then makes eye contact with me. "I only asked about it because I like you, but I felt we were both still upset over our exes so I thought we both just needed to get over them, and then we could go out and our relationship wouldn't flop but it was actually a stupid idea and I shouldn't have listened, so again, I'm sorry." My heart starts beating very fast, and I'm in shock. I had no idea he felt this way. "You like me?" I ask, breaking eye contact as I trace nervous circles on the table. The last guy who said he liked me was LaTroy and he ended up breaking my heart. But I am over him now. We're not friends, and I don't think we ever will be but I am over him. "Yeah" Henry says, grinning nervously. I smile back. "I like you too." We go back to slurping our juices in silence, grinning at each other at the same time. When we're done, Henry takes both out cups and puts them in the bin as we walk back up to the locker room to get our stuff.

"So..." he says nervously. "Would you like to see a movie tomorrow night?" "Like a date?" I ask, grabbing my bag from my locker. "Yeah" he says, grabbing his and turning to face me. "Yeah, I'd like that" I smile. He smiles back. "Perfect." We're staring at each other and before I know what's happening we're leaning in to kiss each other. The kiss is short but it's perfect and let's of butterflies that swirl in my stomach. "See you tomorrow Amy" Henry smiles quietly. "See you" I say as I leave the locker room, letting Henry finish packing up in peace.
