"Luke, where are we going?"

"To a football game!"

"Luke Robert Hemmings you know I hate football!" I protest with a groan.

He turns to me and says, "You do?!"

I nod and he says, "Well, it's a little late to inform me of that. We already have tickets and we just parked."

We walk in and take our seats pretty much beside the field. I can't believe that my boyfriend is putting me through the torture of a football game. He better have a really good way to make up for this. A few minutes later the players run out on the field. I turn to Luke and say, "You told me it was football, not soccer!"

He laughs and says, "Forgot that you Canadians call it soccer, not football!"

I laugh and tell him that I enjoy watching soccer and despise football with all my heart. He chuckles as the game begins. Australia come out strong and wins the game with ease. We then go back to Luke's house and change into our swimsuits. He's taking me to the beach which I'm looking forward to immensely. When we arrive Luke grabs his surfboard and I go pick a spot. I lay out our blanket as he sticks his surfboard in the sand.

This reminds me of our first date, when we went to the pool. If only times could still be simple like that.

Luke goes out in the water and I decide to go too. I climb on his surfboard and sit with him. Without even meaning to I fall asleep on his surfboard in the middle of the ocean.
