Percy Jackson

After the vial of potion I drank from Phineas, I started to have dreams again, which was both a relief and frustrating.

Because on one hand, I'm seeing people that I know that I know in my dreams.

But I don't remember who they are and the dreams are weird and I don't remember much from them by the time I wake up, either. It's gone within like, ten minutes.

I've tried telling Hazel and Frank about the dreams and it's gone as soon as I open my mouth.

After a couple, I stopped trying and then I started to actually remember stuff that I was... Afraid to tell the others. So I didn't.

Mostly that I figured out why Neptune being my dad felt wrong.

It's because it's Poseidon.

Poseidon is my dad. Not Neptune.

The quest was a success, at least, and I help prevent a really bad battle from happening at Camp Jupiter, and for that they named me Praetor, which was... Unfortunate considering the dream I had that night.

Well, I don't know if I'd call it a dream. It was the first time I've had a message come from Grover in like at least four months, but it was during a dream.

"Percy!" My best friend exclaimed, which caused a lot more memories to come back of him and I hanging out. He was sitting by somebody, but it wasn't my boyfriend, it was my brother. "Oh my gods, it went through! Hi! You can't really respond because you're asleep, but we're on our way! Tyson and me and Annabeth and Nico and Thalia and Rachel and some demigods you haven't met because they're new! We also have Jason, he's supposed to be where you are right now! But we're leaving soon, we'll be there tomorrow!"

And that was it, that was what I remembered from the dream, but it surfaced a lot of memories and my boyfriend's name is Nico and holy shit how did I forget his name?

He'll be here tomorrow, though! He's on the way.

I'm going to see my boyfriend tomorrow.

Naturally, I woke up in a good mood. A little anxious, but in a good mood.

We went to breakfast, and afterwards I requested a senate meeting because I can do that and I had important news.

"Percy, what... What is this supposed to be about?" Reyna asked me as the Senate was filing in after eating their breakfasts. "I didn't call a meeting."

"Nope!" I reassured her. "I did. Don't worry, it'll be short, but please take my requests. It's probably one of the only one I'll have to make of you."

"You— okay?" She figured. "I'll kick it off since you've never done it before and hand it over to you."

"You're the best."

So that's what she did. She started the Senate meeting and prefaced that she believed it would be a short meeting, but our new Praetor (that's me) had stuff to tell everyone.

"Hey," I said as Reyna handed me the mic because they're not completely barbarian here, although the burns on my skin tend to tell me otherwise. "so I have news that I know you guys will like, and I also have news that I don't think you'll like. So what do you want me to start with? Good or bad?"

"Bad news!" A few people yelled from around the room, which worked for me.

"Alright," I said, shrugging. "Well, I have been told that there is a ship on the way and that it may look like a warship, but I'm asking that we don't attack it. It is not apart of the Giants or Gaea's forces, which are the creatures that are currently trying to overthrow Olympus."
