A/n:
Hi! I actually had the idea for this a couple years ago and it was originally going to be a Steve fic (still is in my timeliness notes, lol) but then Eddie came along. I love him and realised that he's a better fit for this OC so here goes.

Fair warning: this book details the physical symptoms of fear and panic quite a lot, so please be aware of that if you think reading those details might be triggering.

I have listed trigger warnings in the description but will try to include something more specific at the beginning of chapters where it features more heavily. Please let me know if there's anything I can do better surrounding my representation of trauma. and mental health issues. I do struggle with anxiety and probably a bit of PTSD too but I'm obviously not an expert and will not be able to represent stuff as 100% accurate.

I would also like to remind you that, at the time of writing this, Season 4 was very new, especially Volume 2. Therefore, I'd appreciate it if y'all kept that in mind and tried not to comment too many spoilers. Some people won't have been able to watch it as soon as it came out and, in my opinion at least, a month is far from enough time to wait before giving spoilers. I'd ask that you're all considerate in the comments anyway but this is a specific case.

Also, for those who have not yet seen Season 4 (or any for that matter), this is obviously going to have spoilers as I'm keeping it pretty accurate to the show.
