"Oh right, Youngjae! Shouldn't we get going now? Didn't you say you were going to take me out?" I said loudly. He stared at me, surprised. I blinked at him, hoping he would get my mental message. He laughed softly and put his arm around my waist. Not my shoulder, but my waist.
"I'm sorry, Jieun," he apologized. "But I did promise her,"
"I see..." she nodded slowly. "See you, then,"

Then she left and Youngjae turned to me, still chuckling.

"Jealous much?"
"Shut up. I can't just let you go with her now, can I?"
"She's a friend, Rong,"
"Still..."

He laughed and pinched my cheek, retrieving his other arm from around my waist.

"You're cute when you're jealous, artist girl. I should make you jealous more often,"
"Don't you dare,"
"Try me,"

Wah, this guy's childish...

"Should we go on that date you were talking about?" he winked.
"You know that was a lie,"
"But since you started it..."
"We never go on dates,"

He smiled and put his hands on my shoulders, pushing me forward as he leaned down and murmured words in my ear.

"Then let's go on one now. Just the two of us,"

We got in his car and he ended up driving somewhere, quite a familiar street but I couldn't place where it was headed to. Nearly half an hour later, I realized we were heading to Namsan.

"Jae..."

He glanced at me, a smile on his face, as he took my hand and squeezed it, his free hand on the steering wheel and his eyes on the road.

Let's say we did the normal tourist/cheesy couple things on Namsan. Hanging up a love lock, going inside that teddy bear museum and so on. He bought me a teddy bear, too. Like all other teddy bear and stuffed toys, it was adorable.

"Why are you hugging it like it's your first time to have a teddy bear?"
"Because it's from you,"

I have no idea where that came from... Obviously, he was surprised, too, judging from the way his cheeks flushed.

"I still can't believe we put up that love lock," I sighed.

I was never a fan of things like that...

"Don't be embarrassed. Are you embarrassed of me, artist girl?"
"No..."
"So don't. That lock shows that there will be forever between us,"

Ugh... He's so cheesy... I'm not used to it.

"Hold on, artist girl," he told me, rummaging in his bag and taking out a polaroid camera. "Should we take a photo?"
"What for?"
"First date,"

Aw... He might be becoming cheesy, but he's still so sweet. We took two photos, one for him and the other for me.

"Don't ever lose it, you got that?"
"Got it," I smiled.

We spent our time together over the past few weeks, every once in a while heading to the club but mostly spending our time by our windows, sending each other messages, or talking on my rooftop.

And one night, I was so grateful unnie wasn't in the house. It would have been so bad if she was there.

"What the hell..." I looked at BamBam, who was standing outside my door, mumbling. "Aish... Get inside. What happened to you?"

He didn't answer me and just pushed me against the wall, his hands on the wall beside my face. He leaned his face close to mine, and I could smell alcohol on his breath. He was drunk.

"Chorong-ah," he mumbled. "Why... Why are you with Youngjae? You know that I-I love you,"
"No, you don't. You just think you are,"
"I love you, Chorong. I really do,"
