[Alex POV]

I woke up that morning with my Mom hovering over me.

"Good Morning? Do you need something?" I asked while yawning.

"Your Dad wants to talk to you." She said.

I got out of bed and took a shower. I got dressed and walked to the kitchen. My dad was sitting drinking coffee. Then he looked at me.

"This summer your going to a camp." He said.

"A Camp?!" I exclaimed.

"Yes, a camp. For people like you." He said.

"Right now I'm late for school. Bye." I said leaving the house.

I walked to school with Emily. She told me all about her Vampire stuff. She told me how they can walk in the sun. Ancient Witches made daylight rings. And she told me family Vampires don't get full powers until they are 14.

"Emily, this is Tom. Tom, this is Emily." I said introducing them.

"Hey." They both said at the same time.

"Alex, what are you doing this summer." Thomas said.

"Going to some camp." I said.

We walked to class. 1st Period was boring so Emily and I skipped class. We went to the woods. She went to go get food. I'm kind of nervous that she is going to get the food. While she was gone. I saw a deer.

I tried to shoo the deer away but it stayed there. I wanted to learn a little of my werewolf abilities before camp so I chased the deer. It was fast. But I was faster. I tackled the deer and Emily looked at me while I was on the ground holding the deer.

"You just ran so fast. Look Alex what the hell is up and don't lie." Emily said losing her temper.

"Look Emily just calm down. I don't need you attacking me, again." I said defensively.

Emily lost her temper and she attacked me. She jumped on me and pinned me down.

"What are you!" She yelled.

I pushed her off me and she started running up to trying to tackle me. I ducked down and she fell. I got on my hands and knees. My heart-rate was up and I felt every bone cracking. I saw everything in black and white. Emily looked at me in shock. I saw my reflection in her eyes. I was in my werewolf form. My eyes were glowing yellow, my fur was a grayish-black. I let out a growl. I walked slowly towards Emily. She backed up.

I pounced ontop of her. She threw me off and quickly got up. I jumped up and she punched me and I shifted back into my human form. I laid there for a while.

"So now you know." I said sighing.

"When did you first know." She said.

"Yesterday." I said.

"How the heck did you think you could keep this up. We are natural enemies. And you tried to hide it. That's why I wanted to killed you yesterday at dinner." She said.

"Look, just because our ancestors were enemies doesn't mean we are." I said.

"I just can't believe you tried to hide it. When were you going to tell me." She said.

"Tomorrow. My dad is making me go to a camp for werewolves." I said.

It was time for Emily and I to go home. We raced each other there and she won. I walked inside my house and laid on my bed. I dozed off after a while.
