Watching the sky.
When the sun plays hide and seek
and we can't find it.
I remember when the sky was blue.
Then again,
I remember a lot.
Now it's unpredictable.
Like many of us.
Day to day,
and we can't figure it out.
Yesterday it was stone-cold.
Today it's an abstract painting.
Red and orange.
And when tomorrow comes,
we'll see what it holds.
Maybe the sun will show itself.
The sky could be angry,
it could punish us.
Colder than my yesterday,
literally.
Or burning up,
like it is today.
I can't even tell with myself.
I don't think anyone can,
so how are we supposed to see tomorrow?
Especially in the sky.
You never know,
it might be blue one day.
