Part 7

It's been 3 weeks since that incident. Jungwon friends know about it, his aunty knows about it, Mr Choi got sent to Jail for assaulting a student, practically everyone knows about it. Jungwon however, haven't been able to recover from the situation. He hasn't been to school since and couldn't stop thinking back to the horrible event.

Niki has been worrying for Jungwon, he got his number off from his friends and contacts Jungwon regualary. At times,he picks up and at other times, he doesn't pick up. Niki thought about visiting but decided to wait until Jungwon could talk to anyone. He heard from his aunty that Jungwon hasn't been talking ever since and rarely eats. Of course, Niki couldn't help but worry. At times, he blamed himself for leaving him in there alone with Mr Choi, but knew that it was better to not blame anyone in this situation.

Jay:"Niki...Niki, NIKI!"

Niki immediantly snapped out of his daydream. He was at the cafeteria with food infront of him but didn't realise that he hasn't touched it for the past 15 minutes.

Sunghoon:"Niki, I've started noticing you've been losing focus,plus you haven't even dated anyone these days!

Of course it was a good thing that he wasn't toying around with other people feelings but it was not a Niki thing to do. The Niki they knew would brag about how much girls he was dating at the same time, how much boys confessed to him and all that. Jake and Jay both nodded in sync, agreeing with Sunghoon.

Jake:"Niki, look, I've never seen you worry for someone this much, think about it, does Jungwon mean something to you?"

Sunghoon:"Wait, so all this is about was that he was concerned for Jungwon?"

Jay:"Sunghoon! Isn't it obvious anyways? Ever since the Jungwon incident, he lost his focus."

Sunghoon recalled the events that were happening ever since the Jungwon incident and started realising that it was infact because Niki was worried for him. He then smiled and looks at Niki. He leans forward to whisper in Niki ears, making sure Jake and Jay doesn't hear.

Sunghoon:" You like him, don't you?"

Niki eyes widened. To be honest, he wasn't sure himself but he didn't want to admit to anything so he immediantly denied.

Niki:"W-what of course no! I'm just worried that uh-"

Sunghoon:"that what?"

Niki:"W-well, that i wouldn't get to complete my dare!"

Sunghoon looked at him with suspicion, he knew his best friend very well but let this one slide. Niki sighed in relief thinking he got away with it. He thought about Jungwon again *Am I falling for him?* He shook his head trying to stop thinking about him. He held his head trying to control his thoughts. Of course this get noticed by the 3 other boys. Jay, Jake and Sunghoon all eyed each other. Jay smiled and thought about how his best friend could be falling in love again.

Meanwhile...

Jungwon screamed into the pillow. "Why can't I fucking stop thinking about that disgusting event?!" He punched the pillow over and over again while tears were spilling down his face. The one thing he kept on thinking about to comfort himself was...Niki.
