Part 30

Niki panicked as he immediantly took Jungwon into his embrace. He tightened his grip onto Jungwon and picked him up in a bridal style.

What's up with him?!

Niki thought about the possibilities. Why did Jungwon all of the sudden faint? Maybe it was because of Lucy.

Still, he couldn't bring himself to believe that it was practically because of Lucy. He was in deep thoughts as he finally reached the medical room.

Niki:"Anyone here?"

Niki quickly placed Jungwon onto the nursing bed gently and waited for company.

"Niki?"

Niki immediantly looked up and smiled in relief.

He stood up and politely bowed.

Niki:"Hi Nurse Jung, surprise to see me here again"

He awkwardly laughed as Nurse Jung walked over.

Nurse Jung:"And you're here with the same person?"

Niki just nodded.

Nurse Jung:"What happened to him this time?"

Niki thought about it carefully.

Niki:"Well I'm not exactly sure, but when I saw him, there was blood dripping from his mouth and alot pooling around him,I'm not sure why though--"

Nurse Jung:"Blood? Did he get punched?"

Niki shrugged.

Niki:"I don't know, but the amount of blood that surrounded him was least likely for him to get punched"

Nurse Jung slightly pondered and decided to figure it out herself.

Nurse Jung:"Niki, I'm gonna have to get you to leave this room, I need to see what it actually might be"

Niki was about to protest, but for Jungwons sake, he sighed and obeyed.

Niki:"Sure, tell me when he's awake"

She nodded as Niki left.

She then sat on the stool near the bed where Jungwon was placed.

Nurse Jung:"Could he be the guy that Lexy was talking about?"

Lexy. Yes, you heard that right. Lexy is her niece.

Nurse Jung:"I wonder if he told Niki about his condition yet?"

Nurse Jung empathetically sighed and waited by Jungwons side. She didn't want to reveal his sickness without his permission, so she decided to keep quiet about it.

Ring ring

She looked over at the caller ID.

L E X Y

She smiled and answered.

OTP:

Nurse Jung:"Hey Lexy"

Lexy:"Hey! I kinda sneaked out of the house, I wanna meet Jungwon"

Nurse Jung gave a sad sigh.

Nurse Jung:"He's in the medical, Niki brought him in, but he's clueless about his condition"

Lexy:"Oh... can I see him?"

Nurse Jung:"Sure, I'll allow a pass for you"

Lexy:"Thank you aunty! I'll be there shortly"

End of phone call

As soon as she ended the call, Jungwon eyes slowly started to open. Nurse Jung quickly grabbed a glass of water and placed it on the table beside the bed. She then helped Jungwon to get up.
