Part 11

Jungwon has gotten discharged after 2 days. The nurses and doctors gave him special tablets, pain killers and alot of relievers to help Jungwon get better.

Ring ring, ring ring-

Jungwon immediantly got up. He sighed in annoyance.

Jungwon (to the alarm):"Yah, if you scare me like that once more, I won't hesitate to throw you out of the window!"

He got out of bed and washed up.

Wow,I haven't been to school for a while! Hopefully nothing bad happens

He sighed hopefully, already knowing drama was gonna start between him and Niki.

He quickly got dressed and came downstairs.

He looked around for his aunty but then found a note on the kitchen counter.

I won't be here for 3 weeks as I got a job promotion! I kept food for you, I'll call often! Take care of yourself okay!

Jungwon lightly smiled. He was happy that his aunty was getting a job promotion but he didn't want to be lonely. He then figured that he might as well invite his friends over for a sleepover.

He looked over at an Apple.

Hmm, should I eat today?

Jungwon was aware of his health but to be honest, he just didn't feel like eating. He quickly chugged a glass of water, still not feeling hydrated. He grabbed his bag and left.

It was quite warm today so Jungwon didn't take his jacket today. He was looking up at the sky.

It seems happy today...

He remembered the kiss he shared with Niki. That day was gloomy, miserable, it was as if the sky knew what was going to happen.

Tears reached his eyes.

I don't know why but I really loved him... I'll try to avoid him, I don't want to get hurt again

Jungwon wiped his tears away, trying to smile through the pain. He was sad that no one would be able to feel the stinging pain that he felt.

We're at the gate now! I'll wear my fake smile I guess...

He awkwardly smiled and entered the gates.

It's been a while since he's been at school. The lively feeling was still there. Everything was normal. Nothing's changed since he's been gone. Or that's what he thought.

A group of boys, consisting of 6 people was walking towards him. Jungwon didn't think much of it until one of them grabbed him and shoved him down the floor.

He held his arms, seeing it bleeding. He looked up with fear.

Why are they trying to target me?

He tried to get up but the same guy from earlier shoved him back down.

Suddenly, another one of them punched Jungwon hard enough for his lips to bleed. Tears formed in his eyes.

Jungwon:"W-what did i do?"

Why are they being like this to me? I'm sure I haven't done anything to them?

Boy 2:" You messed up shit, you know what you done!"

The kicked Jungwon in the stomach.

He coughed out blood...

Boy 3:"Oh no guys, run before we get caught!"

They all ran off to the building, leaving Jungwon behind.

Jungwon knew that it's a dangerous sign if he coughs out blood. He hardly could breathe. He held onto his chest, calming himself down but nothing wasn't working. He then fainted out on the concrete.

-meanwhile-

Jay:"Niki, you're in trouble again!"

Sunghoon:"Yah, what did you do this time?"

Niki:"I may or may not have pulled a prank on the teachers-"

Jake bursts out laughing.

Jake:"Bro, what kind of prank? I should've been there to see it!"

Sunghoon:"Jake, that's not the point! Seriously Niki, you gotta leave the teachers alone, you know they're gonna tell the principle either way!"

Niki:"Yeh yeh, I'll be back guys!"

Niki hurried off before his friends could scold him even more.

Sunghoon:"Gosh, this guy never learns"

Jay:"What do you expect? He's Nishumara Riki!"

They all laughed at Jays response before heading off to their lessons.

Niki headed off to the principles office. He was humming a tune from his favourite song. Out of the corner from his eyes, he saw a figure laying down on the concrete floor.

Niki:"Hmm, wierd, who would wanna lie down on some rock ground?"

He carried on walking, ignoring the figure but something didn't feel right. His guts feeling was telling him to go and check up on that person. He decided that it wouldn't take that long just to see what that person was up to.

He walked over to the person with curiosity.

Hmm, his hair looks familiar...

As he got more closer, the more he denied that it was the person he was thinking of.

Jungwon? I mean no, why would he show up at school haha!

He hesitantly approached the person. He didn't know why he desperately wanted it to be someone else, and not Jungwon.

Niki:"Hey, why are you lying down all by yourself?"

He was still 4 metres away so he couldn't really tell who it was. He sighed in annoyance.

Niki:"I asked you a question!"

Still. No reply.

He rolled his eyes and walked nearer. The head was the opposite way so he turned the body to face him.

Bruises. Blood. Cuts.

Niki:"J-Jungwon...what the fuck happened to him?"

He quickly took Jungwon body into his embrace.

Yes he was worried. He was worried for a guy he toyed with. He was worried for someone he thought he wasn't even interested in.

He scanned Jungwon face. There was blood on his lips. Those precious lips Niki kissed, almost as it felt like yesterday, was covered in blood. There was bruises on his face. The face that Niki enjoyed to stare at, to look at, were painted with all these ugly bruises. He gently caressed Jungwons face. Suddenly, his eyes turned into hatred.
