Part 29

As Jungwon walked through the crowded, packed corridor, he took a deep sigh.

Finally, I can go home

After a busy day, getting to know Niki's friends and getting through the boring lessons, all he wanted was to go home.

He squeezed through the crowd, impatient to get home, but suddenly, someone harshly grabs him from behind and forcefully pushes him down, making his whole body crash into the floor.

"Ouch!"

Jungwon looked up in fear, only meeting eyes with...

Lucy.

There was a whole crowd now, surrounding both, Jungwon and Lucy.

Lucy:"You, a filthy faggot, with Nishimura Riki, gosh what was Niki even thinking?!"

Jungwon immediantly stood up.

Jungwon:"Bitch, shut the fuck up, you want me to tell everyone that you almost tried to kill me using a bat?"

Gasps were heard amongst everyone. Lucy immediantly became furious.

Lucy:"Why would you tell them?!"

Jungwon argued back.

Jungwon:"Oh, should I also tell them that you even kidnapped me?!"

Lucy had enough of him exposing her. Everyone was already on Jungwon's side.

Lucy:"That's it! I've had enough!"

She immediantly kicked Jungwon in the stomach, using her sharp, high heel for extra force.

Jungwon fell onto the floor, helpless. He coughed hard and fear swallowed him...

Blood.

Everyone's eyes widened at the horrible sight.

Girl 1:"Omg! Is that blood?"

Boy 4:"Is he sick?"

Jungwon shut his eyes tightly, capturing his tears from falling.

Shit, I need to get away from here

Niki POV

Jay:"Niki, you going home with Jungwon right?"

I nodded, feeling excited, but that all went after I saw Jay smirking at me.

Niki:"What the hell, it's not like that!"

Jay laughed and nudged me.

Jay:"I'm just joking! Have fun alright? Ima go and meet up with Sunghoon"

I laugh a bit. "He's probaly with Sunoo"

Jay rolled his eyes. "Gosh this boy, leaving me for a boy he just talked to today!"

I laughed even harder. "Sucks to be you then! Anyways ima look for my boyfriend! Bye!"

Jay smacked my head.

Jay:"Just say Jungwon! Not your 'boyfriend', it's making me feel single"

I rolled my eyes, like how can this boy only realise that he is single.

"Whatever, ima go!"

After Jay had said bye to me, I walked down the corridor with happiness, gosh I can't wait to go home with Jungwon!

I furrowed my eyebrows after seeing a gathered up crowd. I heard some gasps and some murmurs.

What the hell is going on?

Of course, curiosity got the best of me, so my legs just naturally took me to the scene.

As I reached there, I still couldn't see properly, but that was until a girl started squealing after seeing me and gave me way. I forgot I was popular. Of course, I had to thank her.

End of Niki POV

Jungwon laid on the floor while coughing up some more blood.

Lucy rolled her eyes, as she didn't find it amusing at all.

Lucy:"Oh you attention seeker! You just want sympathy!"

Jungwon didn't answer, nor look at her, instead, he was just too focused on trying to stable his breathing and reduce his coughing.

"Jungwon?"

Jungwon immediantly stopped. He recognised that voice.

Niki?

He slowly turned around, to meet a pair of widened eyes.

Niki ran to him in worry.

Niki:"Jungwon?! What the hell happened!"

Lucy immediantly started playing innocent.

Lucy:"Niki~"

She grabbed hold of Niki's arm and whined.

Lucy:"He tried to beat me up! But I don't know why, so I only tried to defend myself!"

Niki looked at Jungwon and back to Lucy while scoffing.

Niki:"I know he wouldn't do that, stop with your nonsense"

He immediantly pushed Lucy away from his hold and quickly ran to Jungwon, who was almost losing consciousness.

His slick fingers caressed Jungwons face in worrisome.

Niki:"Hey, wonnie, are you alright?"

Jungwon didn't want to lie. He wasn't alright. But he nodded, because, well he doesn't really know why he nodded.

Niki was a bit sceptical at first but he decided to believe it.

He slowly helped Jungwon get up, and was quite shocked at all the blood that pooled around him and Jungwon.

Niki:"Where did all that blood come from?"

Jungwon didn't want to say anything and kept eyeing the crowd, who was staring at the couple that everyone now knows about.

Niki quickly observed and shooed everyone away, which they all obeyed to.

Niki quickly held Jungwon's hands and decided to take him to an empty classroom, to have a bit of privacy as he was aware that people was still watching from afar.

As they were near to a classroom, Jungwon held onto his head.

I'm getting dizzy!

He then stopped, causing Niki to stop as well.

Niki:"Jungwon? You coming?"

Jungwon tried to reply but suddenly, he was overtaken by darkness that swallowed him.

His limp body came crashing to the floor, immediantly making Niki dash towards him.

"JUNGWON!"
