It had been a really Crazy week. Tristan and Will had been taken by the Demogorgon to who knows where. He had passed out while him and will were running from the Demogorgon, probably from exhaustion and lack of food and water.
The next thing he knew, he was awake in a hospital bed. He saw Steve sitting beside the bed. He looked hurt.
"Steve?" Tristan said
Steve looked up at Tristan
"Hey, littke man." Steve said, softly
"Where... Where am I?" Tristan asked
"You're home. You're home now. You're safe." Steve told his little brother.

Steve couldn't believe that his brother was alive. When he found out that his brother was "dead" he was so upset. He felt like it was his fault, but he didn't show it. The little boy who could ramble on and on forever about space, the one he had taught how to build sand castles, was dead. But then, a few days later, he found out that his little brother wasn't actually dead. He was so happy, so relieved. If his brother was actually dead, Steve thought he could never forgive himself.

"I missed you" Steve told Tristan. "I really missed you."
"Is your face Okay?" Tristan asked
"I got into a fight with Jonathan, it's no big deal. Well, my pretty face is going to be not that pretty for a while, but it's nothing. You're worried about my face when your leg has a massive bite from that... thing" Steve chuckled "I brought you some stuff from home... So you don't get bored in here. I also brought you your medication, because, you know, you've gotta take it." Steve told his little brother.
Tristan sat up, and felt pain rush through his leg. He winced
"I think you should lay back down." Steve told Tristan
Tristan shook his head "no, no."

Tristan took 3 different types of medication. One for his anxiety, depression, and Adhd.

"Oh, Dustin brought you some of his comic books." Steve told Tristan.

Dustin, Lucas, and mike ran through the door, excited to see their friend
"Harrington!" Mike yelled.
Dustin Chuckled
Mike and Lucas then hugged Tristan
"Hey, be careful with him" Steve said
"Move" Dustin said, pushing mike and Lucas out of the way to hug his best friend, who he secretly had a crush on. Dustin hugged Tristan extra long
"You won't believe what happened when you and will were gone, man." Lucas told Tristan
"It was mental" Dustin added
"You had a funeral" Lucas told Tristan
"Kate bautz was crying" Dustin told Tristan
"And Troy peed himself" Lucas told his friend
"What?" Tristan chuckled
"In front of the whole school!" Dustin added.
Tristan started coughing. It went silent
"You okay?" Mike asked The boy
"It got us. The Demogorgon." Tristan told the three boys standing Infront of him
"We know. It's okay. It's dead. We made a new friend. She stopped it. She saved us. But she's gone now" mike told Tristan
"Her names eleven" Dustin told the boy in the hospital bed
"Like the number?" Tristan questioned
"Well, we call her El for short." Lucas said to Tristan
"She's basically a wizard" Dustin said
"She has superpowers" Lucas whispered
"More like a Yoda" mike corrected
"She flipped a van with her mind" Dustin told Tristan
Then all of the boys started talking at once.

One month later

It had turned out that Tristan Harrington broke his leg, and needed crutches. The bite was going to leave a massive Scar. But a cool one, as Tristan would say.
"Something is coming. Something angry. Hungry for your blood. It is almost here." Mike told the boys as they were playing dnd
"What is it?" Will asked
"It's the thessalhydra, I'm telling you" Dustin told Will
"It's not the thessalhydra" Lucas said.
"I'm telling you, it's the thessalhydra." Dustin insisted
There was a loud thud "the thessalhydra!"
"Damn it" Tristan said
"It roars in anger! Will, your action!" Mike yelled
"What should I do? I--"
"Fireball him!" Lucas said.
Will looked over at Tristan and Dustin. Tristan smiled in agreement with Lucas.
"Fireball the son of a bitch" Dustin said.
Will rolled, it was a... "Fourteen!"
"Direct hit. Will the Wise's fireball hits the Thessalhydra. It makes a painful..." Mike screeched "and then... It crumbles to the ground. It's clawed hand reaches for you one last time and, and, and... And..."
The children cheered once mike played dead. Tristan hugged Dustin. Lucas hugged will. Then Dustin, Will, and Lucas danced around the table. Tristan chuckled
"Lucas cuts off it's seven heads, and Dustin places them into his bag of holding. You carry the heads out of the dungeon, victorious, and you present them to King Tristan. He thanks you for your bravery and service" mike said
"Whoa. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, that's not it, is it?" Tristan asked
"No, there's a medal ceremony--"
"Oh, a medal ceremony? What are you talking about?" Dustin asked
"And--"
"The campaign was way too short" Lucas said
"Yeah!" Will said in agreement
"It was ten hours!" Mike told his friends
"But it doesn't make any sense" Dustin told Mike.
"It makes sense"
"Uh, no, what about the lost knight?" Dustin asked
"And the proud princess?" Lucas added
"And those weird flowers in the cave?" Tristan added
"I don't know, it's--" but before mike could finish what he was saying, the kids heard footsteps approaching.
"Jees, what's that smell?" It was Jonathan "have you guys been playing games all day, or just farting?"
Dustin, Tristan, Lucas, Will, and Mike all chuckled
"Oh, that's just Tristan. He farted" Lucas said
Tristan's smile faded and he looked over at lucas
"Tristan farted" Lucas then blew raspberries
"Okay."
"Tristan farted"
"Very mature, Lucas"
"Tristan farted"
"Oh. Shut up."
"Tristan farted!"
Will got up and started to leave with Jonathan
"Bye, Will." Tristan, Dustin, and mike said in unison. Tristan grabbed his crutches and walked over to Lucas. Tristan punched him on the shoulder. He got up and punched Tristan back.
Tristan chuckled and said "Stop"
"No, you stop" Lucas said to Tristan
"No, you stop!" Tristan yelled as Lucas put him in a chokehold.
Dustin got up and started play fighting Lucas too. Tristan dropped his crutches.
"Yeah, scream! You're like a little girl" Dustin said.
Tristan laughed, so did Lucas and Dustin.
