the case of the missing lifeguard

Steve, Tristan, and Dustin were trying to see if they could find evil russians. they were all hiding behind some plants. "you see anything?" dustin asked the eldest harrington who had no idea what an evil russian looks like
"uh, i guess i dont totally know what im looking for here" steve admitted.
"evil russian" dustin said simply. steve shouldve known that thats what theyre trying to find.

"yeah, exactly" steve began "i dont know what an evil russian looks like"
tristan rolled his eyes "tall, blond, not smiling... also look for earpieces, camo, duffel bags." he said like it was common knowledge. dustin smiled.
"right, okay, duffel bag." steve said. then he caught a glimpse of the girl he tried to pick up the other day with Mark Lewinsky. "oh, youve got to be kidding me"
"what?" dustin and tristan asked in unison.
"Anna Jacobi's talking to that meathead Mark Lewinsky." steve answered disgusted.
"dude, if youre not gonna focus, just give me the binoculars" dustin told steve.
"jesus christ... whatever to standards? i mean, Lewinsky never even came off the bench!" steve continued
"youre the worst spy in history" tristan scowled "you know that?" tristan took the binoculars from steve, who tried taking them back but failed.
"i dont even get why youre looking at girls when you have the perfect one right infront of you." dustin told steve.
"seriously, if you say robin one more time —"

then Steve and Dustin had started arguing. but they were soon interrupted by tristan.
"Target acquired" Tristan told steve and Dustin
"Where?" Dustin asked, snatching the binoculars out of the harrington boys hand.
"Ten o'clock. Sam Goodys" Tristan answered
"Give me that" steve said, grabbing the binoculars from Dustin "shit... duffel bag."
Steve, Dustin, and Tristan all looked at each other and said "Evil russian" in unison.

Steve, jasper, and Dustin followed the evil russian. Somebody bumped into steve, but they all just ignored it.
The evil russian turned around so steve started looking inside the window of a store, Dustin pretended to use the phone while tristan looked at a plant. When the evil russian continued to walk, steve grabbed Tristans arm and started following the man. Dustin followed the brothers.

It turned out that the man they thought was an evil russian, was just a jazzercise teacher. So when the 3 boys got back to scoops ahoy, steve said "yo, rob, youre not gonna believe who Tristan thought was a russian"
"You did too" Tristan said
"No, i did not" steve lied
"Yes, you did" Dustin chimed in
"No, i did not" steve lied again.
Robbin pushed past the 3 boys who were arguing and ran outside. When tristan, Dustin, and steve found her, they found the buckley girl muttering things to herself from ontop of a table in the food court
"Robin!" Steve called "what are you doing?"
"I cracked it" she told the eldest Harrington
"Cracked what?" Tristan questioned.
Robin jumped down from the table, now she was standing infront of Tristan
"I cracked the code"
