Chapter 19

Toni had already met Cheryl's family. Now it was time for Cheryl to meet hers. To say Cheryl was nervous was an understatement. She was definitely nervous to meet the love of her life's family.

Today Cheryl would be meeting Toni's family for the first time. She was definitely nervous. Cheryl was already at Toni's house with Violet because they were moving in there. Some of their stuff was already there so they were getting ready there.

Cheryl was in the bathroom doing her makeup and sometimes taking a break to take a breather. Toni was helping Violet get ready.

When Toni finished getting Violet ready, she told her to play for some time and went to now her and Cheryl's bedroom.

"Babe," Toni said searching for her.

"Here, in the bathroom," Cheryl said.

Toni walked to the bathroom to see Cheryl in her red matching undergarments doing her makeup. She walked to her and hugged her from behind and kissed her neck.

"You are so beautiful," Toni said pulling away from her neck to look in her eyes through the mirror.

Cheryl smiled and said,"Thank you."

She continued doing her makeup while Toni hugged her tightly and sometimes kissed her neck.

Toni soon moved her arms away and went in front of her. Toni wrapped her arms around her waist and hugged her.

"Can you do your makeup like this?" Toni asked into Cheryl's chest.

"Yeah," Cheryl said and continued her makeup.

"You know you really don't need makeup," Toni said looking up.

Cheryl stopped for a minute and looked down, smiled and said,"Thank you but I do."

Cheryl continued her makeup and soon Toni asked still hugging her,"What time is it?"

Cheryl stopped and flipped her phone over to see the time 5:30pm. Cheryl's nerves started to rush in. They were supposed to be at her parents' house at 7pm.

Toni felt Cheryl become tense and nervous so she pulled away a little still having her arms wrapped around her and said,"Hey hey, it's okay," and kissed her forehead.

Cheryl felt a little relaxed but still nervous. She said,"No it's not, I have so much to do. Oh my god, is Violet even ready? I-I need to get dressed myself. You need to get dressed. What if they don't even like me? And and-" but soon was cut off by Toni kissing her while caressing her cheek softly.

Cheryl relaxed into the kiss and felt her nerves rush away. They kissed for a few seconds before Toni pulled away and said,"Everything is okay. Violet is ready and playing. I get dressed quickly and you too. We have about over a hour to get ready. I'll help you with everything. And definitely don't worry about my parents not liking you. I have talked about you so much and they always want to hear more."

Cheryl looked into her eyes and said,"I just want everything to be perfect."

"And it will, I promise you baby and even if it isn't, they don't care, okay," Toni said.

Cheryl nodded and pecked her lips once more and said,"Thank you."

"No problem. Now get back to your makeup, i'll go check on Vi," Toni said kissing her cheek and then walked out but not before looking over her shoulder and winking.

Toni walked to Violet's room and when Violet saw her, she immediately said,"MAMA," smiling and held her hands out.

Toni picked her up and kissed her cheek and said,"Hi sweetheart."
